Leon Restoration recently completed a skylight (2) replacement project at my home in Rye, NY. Freddy and his team completed the project on time and within budget. Throughout every phase of the project Leon Restoration's performance exceeded my expectations. Demolition, installation, restoration and cleanup were all completed with a minimal impact to our living space despite having to contend with winter weather conditions. Freddy and his team have done a number of repairs on my red brick home built in 1939 over the past few years. Recently, they replaced a large area of weather damaged brick. Because of a drainage issue, the side porch was demolished, the drainage repaired properly and the porch was rebuilt. Freddy identified additional drainage issues that were also repaired. They replaced all exterior doors and storm doors. His team are very hard working and diligent workmen. Freddy Leon replaced our roof in 2012. He and his crew were very professional and did excellent work. The roof was complex in that it had several different roof lines. Freddy and his team at Leon Restoration were invaluable in turning my 70-year old monstrosity into a masterpiece, essentially rebuilding my home from the outside in. Freddy is a true craftsman when it comes to any copper work, which is essential in preventing any water leaks. The team at Leon Restoration repaired and replaced the roof, gutters and downspouts, siding, deck, removed a horrible illegally constructed stairwell and replaced it with a new cellar door that doesn’t leak, demo’d multiple layers of old kitchen and bathroom flooring so that the new hardwood floors would be flush with the existing, rebuilt my rotting and termite-damaged garage and weird breezeway, repaired, replaced my front entry that had an incorrect pitch (causing water to go toward and into the building, which meant rot and termites), custom made all new copper flashing for all the new exterior windows and doors so that they won’t leak water, and replaced all the insulation and added additional support and Blueskin along the way. They not only restored my house, they rebuilt it and made it much better than it ever was before.
