This is a late review as the work was done about a year ago but I wanted to take the time to see how their work would hold up through the winter. Last spring I had them recrown and rebuild four courses of my chimney to rectify a situation where water was coming down the fireplace.Masonry Solutions gave a very reasonable written quote with definitive timeline. Gonzalo and Julio spent a few hours to do the work and was efficient and careful as I had solar panels on the roof nearby.I noticed a few days later that there was a hairline crack in the freshly dried concrete crown and called them up. This was probably due to the way it dried as it was a hot and sunny stretch. They promptly sent Gonzalo and Julio back the next day to fix it with a crown sealant. Throughout the winter and major rainstorms we no longer had water coming down the fireplace.Overall it was a pleasant experience and would recommend them for chimney work.

In short, these guys are the real deal. I have been looking for a reliable, honest mason company that takes value in both their craftsmanship, as well as their relationship to their customers. These guys have both.I met with Claudio and Bud and we went over my project which was to replace a busted up patio. They took care to lay out all options available and get my biggest bang for the buck. Naturally, as many of us know, the scope of the project grew to include the stone walls which were just loosely piled up and looked ugly. They transformed the whole property. I highly recommend these guys as they, as well as their incredible crews will go out of their way to exceed your expectations. Including old patio photos to show the change, as well as the new walls. I don’t know where to start. First of all from the owners to the workers, they are completely professional, knowledgeable and master’s at their craft. They designed and executed our dream patio/yard. Bud's crew did an outstanding job taking apart our 100 year old chimney, flashing it from the inside down to the roof line, and masterfully rebuilding it -- it's now fully flashed and looks beautiful. Gonzalo was a capable foreman and Fernando was an experienced pro hand-bending and installing the flashing.

We had a pretty large backyard project, retaining walls, BBQ, bar, fireplace, zen garden, and several patio areas. I own a house that's over 120 years old, so there is a lot of work to do. Masonry Solutions was the greatest company I've found and bless everyday that I found them.Every person I talked to, from the owners, the Office Manager, to the workers were polite, caring, clean and friendly. They took the time to explain each step and never made my questions or inquiries seem silly or repetitive. The carpenters and stone workers even took the time to talk to my grandson and explain what they were doing and encouraged him to watch from a safe distance.I recommend Masonry Solutions to anyone who has masonry or construction work to be done. Claudio, Lauren and the rest of the team at Masonry Solutions are the real deal. As busy as they are, they treat you like an individual and not another number, and that's rare to find in this day and age.They did an awesome job on our front steps, were quick to do it, and left our front yard spotless when they were done, including laying down grass seed and even made improvements to our walkway with some of the stone that was leftover from the project.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for masonry work!

I have engaged their roofing affiliate, Roofing Solutions to replace the roof next. It is a pleasure to work with these guys.Project: Excavation and foundation for a 16’ X 22’ block garage addition.Masonry Solutions: Of the several contractors I contacted, MS set themselves apart. They took the time to come out, ask questions, fully understand the scope of the project, and make a competitive proposal. Their bid was thorough and concise. Communication before and during the job was excellent. They showed up when promised and completed the job ahead of schedule. When we encountered unforeseen conditions in the field, MS quickly developed a solution, explained their approach and we were able to quickly come to a mutually agreeable adjustment to the contract price. I was searching for a reputable company to install a patio in our backyard. I actually found Masonry Solutions on Angies List. They have a 5 star rating so I called for an estimate. They were extremely professional, courteous and helpful. They sent their job supervisor out to survey the job and we received our estimate soon after.Their workmanship is excellent and extremely efficient finishing the job in 4 days. They also did a full restoration of the job area, raking out excess topsoil and then seeding the job area.We are thrilled with our new patio and we would highly recommend them. Beautiful job!

I used Masonry Solutions for the entirety of the outside of my newly purchased home. We couldn't wait to make it our dream space with a pool patio, fireplace, sitting walls, kitchen area, lighting, and light landscaping. They ripped up the existing walkway and steps in the front so all the masonry would match and connect around the whole house. They did such an amazing job! We started planning this last year so that we could enjoy our new outdoor living space for at least half of the summer. They did take a while to get out here, but patience is a virtue, and Rome wasn't built in a day. In other words, it was worth the wait! I couldn't have asked for a better company. From the planning to the construction, I didn't have to worry about anything.

My experience with Claudio and his team has been great. They handled two separate projects for me in the past 10 months - rebuilding steps to a second floor and rebuilding a chimney with a stone facing. Here are the reasons I am happy with them. 1. They ripped out and rebuilt a large stone patio for us, power washed and cleaned the surrounding stone wall and outside fireplace, and left everything looking brand new and beautiful. Orlando and his team treated the project like it was their own home and took great care with every aspect and the results prove it. Ripping out the patio was very labor intensive - truly hard work removing all the stone - and they worked through that coupled with intense heat with drive and passion and without complaint.
