Fantastic customer service and attention. Usually businesses that work b2b (mostly with contractors) are intimidating not very attentive or patient with direct consumers. These guys are the opposite. They seem to immediately notice you and try to understand what you need. They take the time to explain and inform you about important details.....ironically, much more knowledgeable than a contractor who is doing the job.

He has an exceptional customer service attitude as well as being extremely well versed in all products (availability and usage) Communication is top tier as well as helpfulness. Would use this location for that reason alone, even if it were out of my way. Nate displays the meaning of customer service.

Bought copper gutter supplies here - dealt with Leif specifically. Great quick & responsive communication - the hangers were out of stock so we ordered them and he followed up when they were in. Also followed up several times on when I wanted everything delivered. Thumbs up.

I’m a flatbed Great place to unload. They are willing to unload you as long as you make it before 4pm BUT CALL FIRST. Follow GPS but take a right turn on Sniffen ST. Pull in and unstrap and untarp I was out within 45 minutes.

Best prices in the area as well as great and very helpful staff at the front desk! Back of the house/warehouse staff could use some improvement but overall it’s definitely one of the best if not the best building material store around!
