The team kept us well informed throughout, they were quick and efficient and had all the work done in less than 2 days. The team was very professional and cleaned around the property when they were done. The price was very competitive and I’d recommend Rick’s Main Roofing to everyone I talk with. Rick's Main Roofing came recommended by two friends and we're very pleased with the work they did on our house. Their quote for a new roof was a little more expensive than another company, but they took the time to come look at our roof to give an accurate quote (the other company used software). The job was completed sooner and faster than expected and looks great! We really appreciated that Lou also wasn't trying to hard sell us on anything and talked us through everything very straightforwardly. We recommend!

Rick Main Roofing was recommended to us by one of our neighbors, we contacted them got a quote, finally they installed a new roof for us. We were pleased with the quality of their work and the roof so far after a few months. I would like to say, Lou was very knowledgeable and explained the technical details well without pushing us to make specific choices, also Lisa was pretty nice in Customer Service.I chose 4-star, but will update it to 5-star if roof quality will remain intact after a longer time.

I have had a leak over my front door overhang for a long time, and it was especially dangerous during the Winter when it would cause an ice puddle in front of my door ! Ray showed up from Rick’s to check out the problem and he was thorough and pleasant. Pete actually did the repair, and his knowledge, and skill proved to be just what was needed . He took his time , and really did a fine repair.It’s raining now, and no more leak😊I’m hoping I don’t need a new roof for a while, but when the time comes, these folks will be getting my business!

I called Rick's for a roof leak that was occurring around the chimney. A guy came and went up on the roof, I offered to show him the leak in the attic but he declined, said he knew what the problem was. They sent a proposal for chimney flashing replacement in the thousands. It's not work I was looking to have done but if it fixed the leak then fine, so they did the work. A few weeks later there is hard rain and the exact same leak occurs again. I called Rick's, their story is I didn't pay them to fix a leak, I paid them to do flashing work. Of course, they didn't make this clear at the beginning but I should check the fine print. They sent a proposal for more work around the chimney, again quiet expensive, without ever going into the attic or even looking for the source of the leak. I posted on a roofers forum and the consensus is that I get screwed and finding the source of a leak is standard. I ended up doing the chimney work myself.

I highly recommend Rick’s main roofing to anyone thinking about replacing their roof. Their sales person Lou was so great to deal with and involved from the initial estimate process to completion of the job. Their estimate was very reasonable. They sent a nine man crew that were very efficient. Each worker seemed to know their roles and responsibilities. The new roof is awesome. Cleanup was very thorough. If you don’t talk to Rick’s your making a mistake.

I highly recommend Ricks Main Roofing I had another company install a new roof for me but unfortunately they didn’t finish part of the job (a piece of flashing ) which was causing water to get behind the flashing that was already there,so I called Rick and they sent someone next day to put up the piece of flashing and the best part at no charge and the guy that came out was really awesome super nice and super knowledgeable now that’s what I call a good reputable and honest company I wound highly recommend them anyone looking for a new roof or a roof repair thanks again guys I sincerely appreciate what you did

I highly recommend Rick's Main Roofing. The wind storm at Christmastime blew endcaps off my roof. As soon as I noticed, I called them, and Lisa Marie was both gracious and immediately helpful. Peter came over quickly, assessed the situation, and within an hour I had a proposal from Neal, the Director of Operations. The price was fair and I was scheduled immediately. We had a few weather delays, but again, Lisa Marie kept me updated daily so there were no surprises. Peter arrived as scheduled and he was incredibly professional and thoughtful, explaining what he was doing so I stayed informed. I called them, they answered the phone unlike the first 2 places I called. They came out the very next day for an estimate. They came out 2 days later and repaired the flashing on my chimney.
