I heard of Riga via word of mouth ( normally the best) and they did not disappoint. Riga was Excellent in professionalism, pricing and performance. As for the product, Its been 2 mo. looks great, many compliments no leaks!. Yuriy was the coordinator to set up all phases of this project. We hired Yuriy and RIGA to cover our existing shake siding with vinyl. Our siding was in great shape so there was no need to remove but we were looking for something with less maintenance. Yuriy walked us through every step of the way in choosing the right product and gave us the best price. Everything went just as expected, if not better. Yuriy is professional, very responsive, and will address any concerns right away. We are very happy with the way the job turned out and would absolutely recommend and hire again in the future.

They are very meticulous and thorough. They replaced most of our windows and two sliding glass doors. They asked all the proper questions to make sure we were satisfied and doing the job correctly. They ordered the wrong doors but didn't complete the job until they had the correct ones. They were not the cheapest but reasonable. Out of all the contracts that came to take a look at the project, I found them to be the most detailed. I would definitely use them again.

This is the second time I have used RIGA Home Improvement; the first time was in 2009 when they replaced the roof of my house and more recently in 2019 where they replaced the roof of my 2-car garage and the chimney flashing on my house.I highly recommend them. We just had a roof replacement done on our raised ranch home. We are very happy with the results. Yuriy was able to provide a quote promptly and was also able to accommodate our scheduling with no issues. All aspects of the installation, old roof removal and site clean up was completely and quickly handled by him and his team. I was very satisfied with the craftsmanship. After the roof was completed we followed up and also had them install gutter caps on the gutter system of our home as well. In my opinion, this is a very well run operation. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home improvement contractor.

We’re really glad that we went with RIGA for our new roof. We looked at multiple companies, and Yuriy was especially responsive and prompt in answering our questions. The installation was scheduled quickly, and the job was finished with no delays or surprises. Our new roof looks great; the workers were very efficient, and I especially liked how Yuriy communicated the progress to me throughout the day while I was away at work. We’ve had a couple rainy days, and haven't seen any leaks…we’re very happy and would definitely recommend.

Yuriy did an excellent job supervising the project. All communication was prompt and the execution as promised. I was very impressed by Segundo and his crew on the roofing. They worked extremely hard and for long hours to get the job done on schedule as we were facing poor weather and early darkness. Oscar also did an excellent job with the new gutters. The pricing was reasonable. All in all, a very positive experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Riga to others.

Our primary residence was in need of a new roof and so we got several estimates. We decided to use Riga not only because of their professionalism and fair price, but also they took the time to go over and explain the work. We were very pleased with our new roof.A couple months later, during a nor'easter, a tree came down on a rental property we own and did extensive damage to the roof and a gutter. We immediately called Yuriy at Riga who made our repair a priority and worked with us to get us pictures and an estimate to send off to our insurance company. Excellent! Riga Roofing was great to work with, starting with the estimates / proposal, continuing through until the work was done and thorough clean up! The quality of the roof installation is outstanding. Riga used ice and Snow barrier on the full roofs of both houses, and impressive triple layering system around all skylights. Not a single leak after many hard rainfalls. Riga also did my neighbor's roof and skylights, and she is very, very happy with the work done.

I'm writing today because of Yuriy's incredible customer service this week: I needed him to help resolve a screw-up by the town building dept. A permit was never closed (no fault of Yuriy's) and I had settlement on the house in 4 days. Yuriy worked quickly to gather information and evidence of a professional, to-code installation, and convinced the building department to close the permit. Wow.
