When a tree fell on my house and damaged one side of my roof, Eric was prompt to answer my call and provide an estimate for the repairs. Prior to performing the work, Eric helped me with the discussion with the Adjuster and also identified technical errors made by the Insurance during their assessment. Once cleared to proceed, Eric and his team were quick to schedule a date and did an excellent job at a very fair price. It was a pleasure to do business with Roofing Solutions of Norwalk CT. From inspections to quotes and to completion Eric and his team were courteous and professional. Eric was involved with all aspects of our new roof and kept us apprised during the installation, including photographs of areas of the roof that completely validated his assessment of the work to be done, and more photos of the completed work. His team thoroughly cleared all waste and tidied up before leaving. It's tough to find a good Roofing company who really do what they say they will do at a fair price but Roofing Solutions of Norwalk is definitely one we would wholeheartedly recommend. Roofing Solutions is the best! Not only are they very competitively priced and do great work, but they are nice people as well. We needed to replace the roof on a house in Bell Island on seven-tenths of an acre. The tiny lot size, non-existent driveway, and narrow streets posed several challenges which Claudio, Eric and Lauren handled promptly and professionally. Additionally, an unhappy neighbor was treated respectfully and all his issues quickly addressed to appease him. The new roof, including all new plywood, was installed in a day and the property was left in pristine condition. They even pointed out an issue they found with our furnace chimney which we weren't aware of. We can't say enough great things about our experience with Roofing Solutions, and we highly recommend them.

A leak in my roof quickly lead to panic. Less than 48 hours after noticing the initial leak, Eric was at my home providing me a straight forward and honest assessment of what needed to be done. Throughout the entire process Eric quickly responded to any phone call or text, and was incredibly approachable with any questions or concerns that I had. When a massive rain storm was predicted to hit our area prior to the project beginning, I called him worried that the leak would become a larger issue. Within 3 hours, he had a small crew at my home laying a tarp over the area of concern and I was able to stay dry throughout the storm.It turned out that I also needed work done on a chimney. Even though it was not within his immediate job description, Eric helped me work with Roofing Solutions sister company, Masonry Solutions. I was able to get both projects done in a simple, organized, and timely manner thanks to the professionalism and dedication of Eric and the entire Roofing Solutions team. I would recommend him and his team to anybody.

Eric is the best. He is super responsive and the quality of work is top notch. When we had a leak he came out right away and got on our roof in the middle of a storm to make a temporary fix. Then he replaced the roof with a great looking new metal roof within a few weeks. No more leaks and the house looks better than before.

Two years ago Masonry Solutions completed a rock solid foundation for a garage extension for me. Today, they completed a first class roofing job on my daughter’s house. Pricing was very competitive. Eric, the project manager, was terrific – excellent communication, knowledgeable, easy to work with. The back room is a pleasure to deal with. Eric’s crew was amazing – they showed up at 7:15AM and had the old roof off by 9AM. Finished the 17 square job in a single day. I’m very happy with the quality of the workmanship – straight courses, neat edges, and plenty of Weather Tech. They left the property in excellent condition – nails and debris raked neatly from all around the house. The job looks great! We are very pleased with our experience with Roofing Solutions of CT, LLC. My husband contacted the company after a heavy rain storm in September 2022 which resulted in a fair amount of internal water damage. Our roof was not in great shape, we had a very difficult time getting a company to review the damage and assess a plan for repair. Eric, one of the owner's came out to check the roof and determined we need a new one. He got us on his schedule, and his team got it done for us. Eric was on site throughout the project and was always available to answer any questions. He also suggested a roof shingle color that worked great with the style of the home. I am very happy with this company. Gave me a very competitive quote for a roof replacement. Eric, the project manager, was very responsive the entire way. I had solar panels from Tesla that had to be uninstalled first making this roof replacement slightly more complicated and needed Roofing Solutions to be flexible with the date. Eric helped me out with that. Then their team showed up on the day it was supposed to and did the whole job in one day. During the job they identified problematic spots and suggested solution that would fix up the roof for good. Roof is as good as new now. Very happy with the craftsmanship and the customer service. I have also used this company in the past to fix a recurring roof leak and the guy came with an unorthodox solution involving removing the chimney (which we weren't using anyway). No leaks after that. Would highly recommend.
