Really poor experience, used them for cleaning a very dirty small 9 x 12 efficiency apartment. My brother had a stroke and we were trying to get his place in order for him to return. They had to come back after the initial cleaning as they did such a poor job. There was so much grime still on the kitchen cabinets, we sent them many pictures and called multiple times. We even showed them pictures of us removing the left over grime with just a damp sponge. After 2 plus weeks, multiple calls, emails, pictures, they finally came back and did a re-clean, which although a bit better was still not worth the 557.00 they charged (we did not even have them clean the bathroom) We have had to delay moving my brothers furniture in thus incurring an additional cost to us for storage. I would not use them again. The photos are all after they cleaned the apartment.

Horrible experience. It was a huge mistake calling ServePro to help me when I needed water remediation done in my home. I shouldn't have expected any branch to be better than the other locations with the worst ratings I've seen. I was charged over $2400 for a job the wasn't done correctly. Mold grew all over where they "completed" their work. Mark was the manager of the project.They made a really awful home experience even worse and made it last longer because of their unmistakeable incompetence. Luckily, a friend recommended Crystal restoration. The difference was so obvious. The manager at Crystal was kind and explained the entire process from beginning to end. The person who came out to do the remediation was kind and explained what was going to happen while he was there, and he made it a point to cover all of the vents and any other surface that need to be covered to avoid exposure to the new found mold. They did all of this and ServePro didn't do any of it.To take advantage of people who are already going through a challenging experience like a fire or flood is disgusting and cruel. I'd never recommend ServePro to other people. Thanks goodness the information for Crystal restoration was given to me to fix ServePro's huge mistakes. All of them.

The first two times I used ServPro they got rid of the water, replaced carpet pad as necessary, and left the basement clean, dry, and pleasant-smelling. The third time was not satisfactory. The guys who came to do the remediation (remove wet carpet pad, extract water, air dry with blowers and dehumidify) were efficient but items on the bill were 50% more than the previous year. The estimator says the prices are set nationally but shame on them. You will also find that the billing is even more complicated and hard to understand than a hospital bill! The team that returned to fit the new carpet padding, and wash and reinstall the carpeting, did a TERRIBLE job. They left the rug soaking wet, they did not replace the heavy items they had moved, and the carpet padding is clearly a patch job with some parts of the carpet higher than others. The estimator came back to look, agreed with my complaints, and said they’d send a team out to rectify. That was over a month ago and in spite of my follow-up email, I have not heard from them. Oh, and the basement still smells bad!
