When selecting a contractor, especially today, you look for a few key things. You look for honesty, responsiveness, flexibility, reliability and work ethic. I am happy to say that Sunny House checks all of these boxes. I have now hired them for 3 major renovation projects, and will recommend them to anyone who asks. When Sergei says he will be at the house at 7AM, my doorbell rings at 6:59. When I call for an issue, I get a return call the same day, and a visit the next day if necessary. When they did my bathroom, a fault in the tile (not their fault) caused a leak in my garage 4 years after install. Sergei had the team come out the next day to get everything fixed. Amazing. Most recently, we just completed a major kitchen renovation (pics on website), and love it.The design work with drawings, 3D renderings and even video walk through are amazing and can help you see the potential of your space. Like others have said, they will help you get the most bang for your buck depending on what you want to do. From a small job to a large one, they are my first call. Definitely recommend having them as one of your review options when considering any type of remodel or construction work.

We had an excellent experience with Sunny House Construction. Sergei told us that our kitchen remodel would be finished in 4 weeks, and it was. Demolition began on May 5 and we were completely finished on June 4. Sergei was wonderful to work with and his crew showed up every day, was courteous and knowledgable, and did amazing work. We had many questions throughout the remodeling process, and Sergei was always available and answered any questions we had. We couldn't be happier with our remodeled kitchen, and highly recommend Sunny House Construction!

From the initial estimating to the final installation of towel racks and grout touch-ups, every step of our bathroom remodel with Sunny House was easy, honest, straightforward and top quality all the way. Sunny House is a company with a very personable approach. At no point do you feel pressured into anything. Sergei explains thoroughly what you should expect at exactly what time and at what cost (giving you less expensive variants if the original idea falls out of your budget). My expectations on both projects were exceded by a long way. Sergei is very creative and helped me achieve a look which i never thought possible in my back yard. The team is great, they treat your property with the uttermost respect and are a pleasure to have around. A1 performance all round!

Very good experience with Sunny House. The owners take great care to make sure everything is completed to perfection. They even came out a year and a half later to fix a minor issue with my bathroom hardware. They stand by their work and have been very meticulous with every detail. I could not have asked for a better partner to design, build and support my deck. This was a bit of a challenge because of the side hill lie, distance from the house, size of the pool and integrating into the existing deck. They did a fantastic job right from the start. We discussed a number of designs and they were able to show us what each one would look like before we got started. We worked on a number of different options for materials and they explained everything each step of the way. Once the work got started they worked quickly and with high quality and they made sure they cleaned up everything each day at at the end of the project. I've had a number of people comment on how well constructed the deck is. As importantly, they have been available to come back and fix the few minor things that needed some adjusting, always without a hassle. I've worked with a number of contractors and these guys are far and away the best!

I worked with Sergei and his team in 2016 to renovate my home. I cannot express how great of a job he did. He was punctual, always worked around my crazy calendar and helped me stay in budget when it came to picking out tile, counter tops, floors etc. He did an amazing job following up on all the small details that I picked up and helped me save money by reusing material such as doors or knob handles that I could re-use. I would highly recommend him and his team!

Excellent from start to finish, all very professional, knowledgeable, precision quality work, workers were friendly, clean and managed the work site professionally. All details were attended to and quality work preformed. Very impressive that they were on top of things from start to finish including all the minor details and follow up work. Workers showed up to work on time and worked diligently until the project was completed.Work included reconstruction of garage bay and sun room, including joist and header replacements, framing, dry wall, paint, door install, window installs, flashing, re-siding, insulation, wood floor refinishing and electrical.Highly recommended to work with Sunny House Construction!
