BEWARE!!! If you google Ballard Builders LLC, it now appears that he has now changed the name of his company to A-BLD DRYER Vent company. This scam artist has had multiple HIC licenses some of which were denied, and is not worthy of building a doghouse. WATCH OUT!!!I hired Ballard Builders LLC to build an addition onto my existing home. Had to halt the project due to inferior workmanship.If you want crooked walls, then Ballard is your guy.If you want to get screamed at by your contractor, then Ballard is your guyIf you want to fail inspections, then Ballard is your guyIf you want your project to take months longer than it should, then Ballard is your guyYou want to be told your “nitpicking” when you point out obvious mistakes, then Ballard is your guyIf you want other contractors to laugh at the project being done because of rookie mistakes, then Ballard is your guyIt looks like a child tried to do a school project and could not measure or read a level. Every door and window has to come out and be reinstalled, the roof has to come off and be redone, the siding has to come off and be rehung, all the new flooring has to come out and be reinstalled, and these are just a few things that you’ll have to look forward to if you hire them.Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.

If you enjoy projects taking three time longer than normal and paying for things twice then hire Ballard. Otherwise save yourself!

I called Mr. Ballard after learning some of my roof shingles came off. Mr. Ballard called me back promptly, came out and gave me a quote that was fantastic and when I was ready to have it done, he was there. Nice doing business with good, honest people.

The owner of this company came to my dads property to estimate the roof and used vulgar language and was not a very nice man. I do not recommend this company for a estimate
