We needed to have our basement floor replaced on a short timeline. Route 85 got us from flooring selection through installation in under a month. We are very pleased with the floor. Whomever installed the old laminate floor did a poor job- you could see gaps between the floor and staircase also between the floor and walls in a few spots- mainly in the closet and pantry. The new floor is perfectly installed. Thanks Route 85!

First time we have trusted a contractor to do any work on our old house was Rt 85 Flooring. I had them come remove and install a new stair runner. They ordered us a runner that they cut and bound and installed. Installer did a nice job and was very friendly, even with our dog bothering him at every turn. They come highly recommended and I can see why.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! They answered all of our questions, showed us different options and gave recommendations based on our needs, allowed us to take home a large sample to truly see what it would look like vs the small ones given out by larger box stores, and came out to measure 2 days later. We had a quote in hand 24hrs after that with an ETA on installation that they nailed. We were so surprised especially knowing most items end up on back order but the timeframe provided was accurate and the team that came out for installation was wonderful. They were kind, professional, arrived on time, and moved quickly. The end result is absolutely beautiful and we can't thank you all enough!

Very Disappointed! My experience is two folds. I had the carpeting replace with a new flooring in one of our bedrooms. The service was impeccable. The installation exceptional. The workers were professional and courteous. I made payment in full the same day. However, I have requested multiple time a quote to replace my kitchen floor and refinish the main living area hardwood floors. You would think that the company would respond in an effort to put more money in there pockets. But I am totally out in left field on this one. I have called at least a dozen times. Stop at the store to request a quote and call back but have not heard a peep. I had even allowed ample time to respond due to the holidays, still nothing. I have been making attempts since October 2021. Now the floor conditions require attention by early spring so I will seek out other companies to perform the work. Sad way to run a business. Initially, upon installation, I had some things that needed attention and they did not respond and were a no show for an appointment to fix an ice maker line they damaged during installation- I ended up repairing it myself. I rated them one star for poor customer service given the lack of response. I had a recent issue with the floor on one small piece of a panel. They responded in a timely manner, procured the correct material and repaired the problem without issue. So to be fair that would be a five star rating, and to leave the one star rating would not be fair at all. I still feel that they should of addressed or inspected the other issues and repaired the line they damaged but on the other hand I was more than satisfied by their response to the recent issue which I could not repair myself and was under warranty. So overall, I think they deserve four stars. They could of held a grudge from my first review but did not, I think it says a lot about their character and that's partly the reason for the four star rating.

Place was great, installation was great. I have called 2 times with questions in regaurds to damage to floor that I have done. The seem where the 2 pieces meet up has unglued or lifted, i am sure from heavy traffic. Just looking for professional advice. The company called and sent out a repair guy. Gregg repaired my problem, very professional, and knowledgeable. I am very pleased and thankful.

Rt 85 Flooring installed a kitchen floor for me in March. They did a excellent job. Installers were pleasant and very neat. I love my new floor I would highly recommend them. Reasonably priced also.

Employee arrived late for measurement and then refused to wear a mask in the house, so he declined to give us the measurement. He preferred to lose the sale instead of wearing a mask indoors during the Covid era. A business that doesn't respect a customer's health shouldn't be considered. I called the office to discuss, and they could've cared less.
