Also wanted to mention Brian, the site manager, and Jim the project manager who were great to work with—professional, attentive and friendly! Lastly, the installation crew did an outstanding job—from arrival at 645am until they finished at 7pm, I’ve never seen such hard workers who were so meticulous from installation to clean up! I first heard of this company, cause my mother used them for her roof. There sales person Chris was great. I called Chris to have him come out to my house, he was very professional and answered all my questions. So I agreed to have my roof replaced by them, I gave them a check for the first half in October of 2023. They promised to have me done by Thanksgiving. Well after me having to chase them, it finally got done in Mid January of 2024. They had no issues holding on to my money for that length of time. When they completed the roof, which by the way their subs were amazing and fast. Then it came time for final payment, since this was an insurance job they had to submit certain documents and photos to my insurance company and bank. They were not able to get the files sent over, they had a software issue. In the meantime the owner Scott got involved and was very unpleasant to speak too. I explained that the files your team sent over, could not be opened by the bank nor insurance company. He was finally able to send everything over, but at least every few days he would call and harrass me. At one point he pointed out to me that he had no issues going after my home. I explained to him that this is insurance work and have nothing to do with the process and he would just have to wait. He had the infocon my claim adjuster and he could have called him, to find out the hold up. I also had a few friends that used him and also are having a major issue with Scott. I would not recommend them at all. The owner is very unpleasant and has no issues threatening his customers. Stay away. I gave it two stars just for the fact that his employees and Sub Contractors are great.

CHECK GOOGLE IMAGES TO SEE EXTENSIVE DAMAGE AND MESS THEY CAUSED AND RESPONSES TO OWNER****Horrible experience. I asked specifically about having tarps so they did not damage my siding or BRAND NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS I just had installed! As you can see from the picture it was an absolute mess and disregard of the property and damage. When I contacted my rep, Neil, about what was going on, I was texted back, "It's a construction site. It's going to look like that. Don't worry about it so much.". I had copper channeling on the ridges and valleys and they tore that off to replace it with inferior materials. I had nice gutter covers that they forcefully pried off and damaged and tried to place back on after I had a talk about them and they agreed to replace it. They eventually replaced them with punched inserts that sort of do the same thing, but don't and are a cheap alternative. They bent my furnace exhaust as you can see in the photos. Damaged my plants and shrubs and refused to replace them. I had multiple landscapers come out and quote me on the price of a mature 10yr shrub and they disagreed with the amount. Not my fault your idiot crews damaged them! Finally got a landscaper (4th one to quote) that would do it for the half of the quote they were offering (quoted $2500 for the pull out and replace; Armour Shield would only offer to cover $1000. Going off memory, but the important part was they were not willing to cover the total replacement cost, even though it was there fault). We didn't even bother with the plants and flowers in the back that were damaged and didn't bring those up. Who knows at this point if my AC units are damaged as the pictures can depict. Siding was damaged and luckily I had leftover pieces from the previous owner that I could use, but in the pictures you can see the oil and grease that the shingles left on the siding from the crew throwing them on the tarps they let fall. There are pictures that show the markings, dents, holes, and grease markings. They tried power washing it, applying some de-greaser to the markings; which made it worse, and a cleaning solution; all of which made it either worse or darker.I had asked for their insurance to file a claim about the siding, but they stopped communicating about it and refuse to disclose any of their info.Just wanted to get my experience out there as to dealing with Neil and this company. Be warned.*Edit to owner: Ask Neil and he will fill you in. I will not post my address or name publicly. I can provide signed contract, copy of insurance check, and any documentation to further validate my claim and work done with your company as to legit review.2nd Edit to owner: Why don't you come to my home and see the spots left on my siding that you could not get off/remove. Your salesman has been a wall of blocking me of escalating this and now that I have your attention and response, be a proper businessman/owner and contact me directly about the issue and deal with me; not through your salesman who had to try and clean up your crews negligence and damage. Both you and Neil seem to think that ignoring or avoiding the problem long enough makes the customer give up and go away. It doesn't and won't until you properly address it. I have contacted your office previously and you have my info. You can contact me directly now as you obviously know the situation here. Doesn't matter if it was during the job, that is and was unacceptable and caused further damage, costs, and time to get the extra fixed.

Armor Shield was recommended to us by a friend after our neighbors tree pierced our roof during a storm. Our consultant, Gordon, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive to both me and our insurance adjustors. Gordon handled everything and turned a normally stressful situation into a breeze. Once we received approval from the insurance company, the roof installation was immediately scheduled. Armor Shield sent approx 8 very professional people out to our house and that team worked their butts off until it was dark. They installed a completely new roof in about 8 hours and expertly cleaned up when they were done. The Armor Shield team that replaced my roof was incredible. They arrived at 7:45 AM, worked nonstop until the roof was finished and all clean up was done. They were done by 6:30 PM. It was dark but they picked up all debris and put all my solar lights back in place around the house. The roof is beautiful and the workers were incredibly hard working. I could not ask for a better outcome. If you need a roof or suspect that you have wind damage to your roof I recommend you contact Armor Shield. Having to file a claim due to damage to your home is never a pleasant experience, however I found that Armor Shield and their knowledgeable personnel alleviated all the stress associated with it. This is the second time I have used Armor Shield. The first was for our grandmothers house and this time it was for my house. Both roof repairs went so smooth and the crew was great. "Quality Service & Workmanship"We noticed shingles scattered throughout our backyard which was caused by a wind storm the night before. We called our insurance company and then called Armor Shield to assess the damage.Armor Shield was there for us every step of the way. Dave from Armor Shield was at our house with the insurance company's inspector to ensure that they were fair and honest with their assessment.After it was determined that we would need our entire roof re-shingled, Armor Shield went to work. Dave came back to our house to explain the process and had us pick out the new shingle color. Stacy called me to schedule a date for the installation. They organized the materials and dumpster to be dropped off the day before the install.The day of the install the crew arrived around 8:00am and worked feverishly until the job was completed. By 2:30, they had everything cleaned up and they were on their way.They were fast, efficient, and the quality of workmanship was excellent.The following day the dumpster and remaining materials were picked up. Shawn worked with the insurance company to process the final payment and paperwork.Everything went smooth and seamless.I highly recommend Scott Tearman and his team at Armor Shield.

He was extremely knowledgeable and determined there was storm damage . We contacted my insurance company and they were very reluctant to cover my entire roof. Dave fought tirelessly to get the entire roof covered for me.
