I contacted American Safe wash after using another company for years that had progressively gone downhill in care and service. We just bought a house and discovered the dryer was not drying our clothes, so we replaced it. When we realized the new one STILL wasn’t drying clothes, we sadly realized it must be the dryer vent. American Safe Wash was so responsive and were able to come out the very next day! They found not one, not two, but THREE birds nests in our vent! Very thankful for the fast service! I am so happy with the job the American Safe Wash team just completed on my house. The crew that came to my house was courteous, professional and thorough. They walked me through everything they were going to do, then showed me what they did, and ensured that not only my house was clean, but made extra care to ensure it dried properly before leaving. On top of that, they did an amazing job cleaning the 30 HVAC vents in our house (which by the looks of what they removed, probably should have been done when we bought the house 3 years ago). They offered me a great price too for all the services. I cannot recommend these folks enough. If you need your house power-washed or your vents cleaned, don't bother looking anywhere else. I felt the level of communication between the scheduling team and myself was smooth and seamless. Jacob who cleaned our siding , windows, and patio that day listened to everything we wanted done and went above and beyond to get everything looking brand new again. My house is only 5 years old and typically I clean and scrub it every year because of the lack of sun we get creates lots of mildew. It seemed I could never get it as clean as we wanted. We bought our home 3 years ago. Did research on roof cleaning, the concerns of not having it done properly. After contacting a few companies, we chose American Safe Wash for two reasons. One, were the reviews on line. Two, the forthrightness on our first call to them. After that, the work they did was excellent. You wouldn't even know they had come except to look at our roof that looked brand new. There was no water mess or signs of the work on the ground. The folks that came called ahead of time, gave their names, told us when to expect them. We were really impressed by their whole process. Not sure why you would use anyone else.

I hired ASW to clean moss and lichen from my roof and to remove the mold and mildew on my siding. Jacob and Avery were very knowledgeable and professional. They did a before and after cleaning walk-around and addressed any concerns. They made sure everything around the house was protected (plants, lights, etc.). I just had heating ductwork cleaned by the American Safe Wash, they did a great job. The estimate was done a while ago, scheduling the work was easy. I got notice from email few days before the actual service day. The representative called me half hour ahead of the appointment. The cleaning work was thorough. ASW just completed a professional cleaning of our roof, siding, windows and gutters. The house looks brand new! Stained white gutters are white again. We were considering getting new gutters because my attempts to remove the stains with our power washer never removed the discoloration. Jeremy the sales rep was thorough and not at all “salesy” and the production team after the sale were spot on and professional. The 2 man crew showed up on time, explained the process and delivered. The walk around when they were done was a refreshing finish to a job well done. I would highly recommend this experience as we are very satisfied and feel we got a very good value. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Excellent!!
