My husband and I rented from Zito Builders for 3 years in two different locations in CT. Ted, Frank and Barbara were always very responsive to our questions and issues (maintenance or otherwise). We loved our home. When we moved out due to buying a home, Ted worked with us on our rent and move out date as our closing date got moved around. We just received our full security deposit back earlier than legally required. We were extremely happy with our time renting from Zito Builders!

Zito Builders has built over 350 homes over the past 30 years. It's a family run firm that takes a tremendous amount of care in each home built and construction project completed.BTW...You lose your security deposit if you destroy the property. I was in charge of the clean up of the previous mentioned unit. I saw it first hand.

Nothing but great things to say about Ted Zito. Very good landlord takes care of anything quick. My girlfriend and I love our condo.

Ted Zito is a theif. Do not, I repeat do not rent from him. He will steal your security deposit. I am so tired of the rich stealing from the poor people just trying to get by.
