It was a small task to add an electrical outlet next to existing one. They charged $290 to create a service call without giving estimate. Amount be adjusted towards the final bill. Service person visited and gave unreasonable estimate of $487. We had no option but to pay the unreasonable amount.

Jeff did a great job with tearing down my bathroom ceiling and putting new Sheetrock back up. Even helped with my bathroom floor when he noticed the tiles coming loose. Very friendly and always let us know if he was going to be late or if he had to reschedule. Very good work.

Quite expensive...two days of work nearly 4,000 USD ...I was expecting the best from the expert Juan but he didn't do it right... the worst of the worst, I found a scratch, holes and a huge leak along the windshield....can you believe that...I'm not able to get my money back....they are treating me so badly....they only care to take money from you these people...paying so much and not getting anything back...I'm planning to take them to court very soon...!!!

Ace did a fantastic job building a handicapped ramp for my moms’s apartment! They were fast to quote, and designed and built it in just a couple of days.It was a small but custom project, so we had difficulty even getting other companies to look at it. With John at Ace, it was no problem. They expertly measured, obtained the materials, built, and installed the whole ramp. It was effortless for us, as Ace did all the work, purchasing, and planning. The ramp is durable and well made!My mom is eternally grateful now that she can get in and out easily with the confidence that the ramp is solid and will be durable for years to come!

What characters!#@%...I should have known by the handyman"s comment when he called to confirm appointment. While I was given a quote from ACE office the prior week for half a days work, he stated he would be at my home to view project and give me a quote. Needless to say he took 3 hours to put in 1 garage pedestrian door. A lot of chatter for $100. per hour. Then he said one of the doors was too small, so I figured he's at 3 hrs, let me run get the correct size and at least get the job done. Well, on my way to get correct size he calls and claim the other door was damaged. hmmm...this was a new door out of the box. Was something done to this door? Once he said it may be better to stop he the clock, instantly I know he did not want to finish and thought I would pay the full amount for half the day. I contacted the office immediately because there was no way I should be paying for a half day's work to install 1 door. He did not finish the other 2 doors. Not only was this guy a chatter box, he spent a good deal of time reading instructions. Now my project is delayed because he took longer to read instructions...for a door that did not get installed. I basically had to beg the office to get a reduction in cost. Yet, I was still charged nearly $400 to install 1 pre-hung door. Rip Off! Home Depot charges less. I will never use them again.
