As a property manager, I could have given him massive referrals and jobs, however, as he couldn’t even handle this one job right, it made my office look bad to our new client as if we were not in top of it, where in reality, Nick Jihal was not on top of it. Not a company you want to work for to build a lasting work relationship with.He’s super sly though. Sly as a carnival act. So if you want to get a good scan going, he’s your man.Hired them to repair soffit & re-route water for proper drainage. He charged a premium fee, stating that most of it was the scaffolding and set up, however, showed up, with a lift, no scaffolding, no extra time. Also did not pull the permit he charged for. They did the job quickly, however, found that the method to re-route water would cause more problems than help, which was fine, and I will credit his honesty, however, Nick Jihal’s team wasn’t going to do the work than obviously, a refund is I’m order.He was clever in how he revealed the information though. He first collected payment, saying that it was done, and that we would have no further problems, only to have massive problems in the future.He refused to give a refund on the work he did not do. Eventually, he then said he would make it right, however, then started back to square one, saying “let’s talk about it.”

Nick and team completely transformed our home and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It needed a lot of work but mow looks closer to brand new than I ever thought possible. Will come back to post pictures, but they scraped, washed, repaired shingled, filled gaps, and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Very receptive to feedback, special requests, and corrections. Gave great guidance and suggestions, and was patient with me when I thought I might want to change directions with the palette. Really wonderful partners to bring into anyone one of your home projects if you value excellence and great value for the quality of the work.

New RoofOnce the 2 layers of shingles were removed what a Scarey mess...10 disintegrated Sheets of plywood....crumbled. 2/4's on rear porch rot! Trim around porch rotted! The vent covers rotten AND behind screens totally blocked w all kinds of nests! Chimney flashing replaced w top grade material that is rust prof!! 2 courses of whatever I can't recall except flashing.Nick brought all of what was additionally needed to my attention and assured me nothing was an issue and made sure every blessed replacement was the best quality with guarantee!God was watching over me cuz the existing roof could have resulted in major damage. Thankfully interior was not compromised!He's coming back tomorrow to inspect the attic to ensure there is no rot to replace OR mold.I made the right choice with Clean Pro Restoration! They are not only roofers but builders and upon discovering the damage required more material...they promptly went about to get the material.There is ZERO mess. Whatever missed the hoist dumpster was completely raked and lawn inspected!Nick promised me the job would be done and done right! He upheld every promise AND entire job competed in less than 7 hours w his skilled employees and many hands on deck! (OR ROOF LOL)Thank you Nick! I cannot imagine anyone else I could have hired would have addressed these hidden issues kindly and with compassion and didnt break the bank!
