Pawcatuck roofing replaced my roof in spring 2024. Our old roof was about 25 years old and beginning to let moisture in. I had received multiple quotes on the project, and they can in at a competitive price. Unlike the other companies, there was no pressure to upsell. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Best of all, other than a great new roof, they left no sign that they had been there. The team even used magnets to ensure no stray nails were left in the yard where our children play. We had a very rainy month after the install, and our roof is keeping us nice a dry. Good price, easy to work with, and a quality roof. I highly recommend Pawcatuck Roofing.

I have used Pawcatuck Roofing for two jobs now and both times they have done an outstanding job. The first time was a couple of years ago for a broken tile on our multi-colored slate roof. I was nervous to entrust just anyone with that job because of how delicate the tiles are, but they handled it perfectly. I can’t even tell which one was replaced! This year I bought a house that needed a full roof replacement and a repair made to a tree damaged area, and I knew just who to call. Brent came out and talked to me about the job, I had a quote the next day, and the work was scheduled quickly. The team completed the job in 2 days, and when it was done, the project manager, Sam, called me to go over what was done and see if I had any questions. The roof looks great. Based on their professionalism and experience, you would think their cost would be higher than the competition, but they are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Pawcatuck Roofing!

Pawcatuck Roofing was everything I wanted in a roofing contractor. Reputation for quality which they delivered on. They have been around a long time and will likely continue to be around if I need them in the future. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, accessible, and prompt (including after the install when I had follow up questions). They stand behind their work and the manufacturer does as well. And I found their price to be very reasonable compared to other quotes I got. We felt very comfortable after talking to Brent Holland and seeing some of their work first hand & reading online reviews to go with Pawcatuck roofing.We had 4 different estimates and their price was very fair in comparison.We had a very large job including a new roof with dormers, a detached garage and all new certainteed vinyl siding that looks like real shingles.We also had all of our trim work replaced w azek , new gutters, Mitsubishi line covers and our lighting totally swapped out.Brent’s crew with Luis at the helm did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be anymore pleased with all the details, it came out absolutely perfect.Not everyone can have such a great crew whom works so hard and efficiently and a special shout out to Alex you are very talented at trim work.I highly recommend using this Company for any of your roofing or siding needs, they will make sure all your concerns are met and you will not be disappointed 10 stars from us :)

Last week, Pawcatuck Roofing replaced the roof on our house and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the outcome. Brent Holland v.p. of company came out to the house very pleasant AND PROFESSIONAL. They took care of everything from the building permit to the dumpster. I amVery pleased with quality workmanship They did it in one day and the yard was cleaner than I had left it . The G.A.F. layer lockShingles had stamped right on them ( Miami Dade county approved ) they also have superb fabric water barriers , that was enough for me excellent. Pawtucket roofing called me back every time to get though the process . Now I have many years of living worry free bring on the storms .Thanks to Brent Holland v.p. I contracted for some repairs. At first they sent a crew that I suspect were sub-contractors. They arrived out of the blue without scheduling a time, and were not prepared to perform the work as written. After a short conflict, they left. (What if I hadn't been home?) I received a call from a person different from the one I had first dealt with. When she refused to let me have the job my way, she agreed to send my deposit back. I told her that it is unfortunate that the company issued a contract and took my money for something they would not deliver. The next day I received a call from the person I had made contact with in the very beginning, and she offered to set up a date for the work as written. I accepted. A new crew arrived (later than promised--50 minutes outside of the promised window of time) in a company truck this time, and worked for 3.25 hours. The work was done as specified. It rained like crazy the next day and all is good. They put some construction debris in my recycle bin and I had to move it, but not the end of the world.

Pawcatuck Roofing removed the original cedar shake siding on my 1924 Victorian home and installed new cedar shakes and PVC trim around all the doors and windows. The work was very high quality with excellent attention to detail such that the house looks like it was just built! They were very responsive with any concerns I had and made sure that I was happy with the finished product. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work required and time it took to complete. Would do business with them again and would recommend to friends/family.

The quote to replace our 20-year old black asphalt shingled, moss stained roof was reasonable and spot on. The crew was so hardworking and focused on every detail, from removal to cleanup. The new Timberline hickory shingles are so beautiful and functional!! I highly recommend them.

A piece of my siding came down near my roof. I normally use a neighbor who is handyman. He has been promising me since May. It is now September and I finally decided enough was enough. I contacted Pawcatuck Roofing on a Tuesday. Rob came out on Thursday and said it was an easy repair and would schedule it. His Worker came on Friday morning and was done within 30 minutes. Both Rob and his worker were friendly, polite, professional and helpful. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I will recommend them to everyone and will not use anyone else. Totally and completely satisfied.

I knew that my 25+ year old roof needed to be replaced one day soon, but when a recent wind shear peeled off a large section of shingles from one of my outbuildings “one day soon” was moved became now. I had several estimates but decided to go with Pawcatuck Roofing and I’m glad that I did. First of all, I appreciated how the estimate was clearly itemized for all aspects of the project. Every dollar was accounted for. The price was competitive and the materials are all top notch. Once I signed the contract, I was on the schedule for two weeks later. I was told at the time of the estimate, the job would take 2 days and it did. We had a few days of bad weather but it took 2 days. The roof looks beautiful and I’m very happy with it. I haven’t found 1 nail in the driveway or anywhere. I really appreciate the workmanship and the attention the crew put into cleaning up afterward. Everyone was pleasant, polite and professional. After 50 years it was time to replace the roof on one of our barns, and yes, as we expected, it was overdue. The team immediately responded to what they found, replaced rotted plywood, installed fire and ice waterproofing, new 50 year shingles and two new large farm ventilators. all within 3 days! I am not one to typically leave reviews but Pawcatuck Roofing deserves their 5 stars. Not only was the work performed very well initially, in a high wind storm a few pieces of shingle blew off the roof. Upon sending a photo to Pawcatuck on Monday they had a crew mobilized on Tuesday and fixed the issue without question. I had to have my roof completely redone, including new plywood in some areas, which I was made aware of right from the start.On the day of service, the crew arrived on time and got straight to work. I appreciated the before demo care they took by covering my porch, deck, and shrubs. The crew were friendly and hard working. Who says you can't find people to work hard? Pawcatuck roofing has done that. We had our roof replaced because it was almost 30 years old. From Keith who quoted us to Justin who was the supervisor and all the installers, the experience was excellent.The job was completed in just 2 days. Work started early and went late. Having been quite pleased with the new roof Pawcatuck Roofing provided my cottage NOV 2019, this summer I went to their office to ask if they knew anyone who did siding work. Luckily for me, Pawcatuck Roofing does siding & windows and gave my home new cedar shake siding & all new windows. The project began and was completed as scheduled/projected. The work crew labored methodically/efficiently inside & out without wasted movement 10-hour days, six days per week for two weeks. At the end of each day, the property looked as though no one had been there, let alone creating waste as well as beautiful workmanship.
