I had a horrible experience with a roofing company that I would like to share. I hired LA Rich Roofing Company from Plainville, which was a huge mistake on my part. The West Hartford Building Inspector failed the roof and told them in a report exactly what they needed to do to get it to pass. Bill from LA Rich yelled and screamed at me because the building inspector came to inspect the roof, he said the inspector was wrong, that he didn't know his job among other insults I won't repeat here. The inspector was nice enough to meet them at my house and show them exactly what had to be corrected. They never yelled at the inspector, though. I guess they felt more comfortable yelling at a 72 yr old woman, says a lot about them. There were also other problems with their work in which the owner Scott told me to go up on the roof and fix myself. Boy, did I pick the wrong roofing company! I just wanted to warn everyone of my experience. I will be handling things to have their faulty work corrected. I definitely do not recommend them.

LA Rich was professional, organized, timely and clean. The crew showed up on time, prepped the area, moving any flowers or other objects that had potential to get damaged. They worked nonstop and completed the roof in one day. Once the job was done, they cleaned up and it looked like no one was ever there. Highly recommend!!Service: Roof installation

Scott and his crew were nothing but professional when they did our roof this fall (sorry it took me so long to write a review)he and his crew were polite and courteous,our roof looks so good and I know will last us many years.They cleaned up after each day and were extremely cautious of our shrubary and landscapeing.I would absoulutly recommend LA RICH to anyone who is in need of any home improvements.Still trying to talk hubby into addition and Scott will be the one we hire without any hesitation.My neighbors were impressed also !! They broke things on our house and NEVER CAME BACK TO REPAIR THEM! Called them several times. They also left pieces of our roof everywhere and did not clean up. Horrible. Also, they damaged the roof by carelessly removing ice with a hatchet, then told us we needed a new roof!

Very professional company I delt with Bill. He was on time and very responsive to my questions. Price was lower then I expected and there work was A+ theu cleaned up after each day and had what I though would take atleast a week done in 3 days. Highly recommended to anyone for any job. I will be using them on anything that comes up.
