Prior to engaging Fine Touch I had done some research on their work and customer interactions. Our interactions with Dylan, Edgar , their plumbing, tile and painting crews were outstanding. The quality of work and attention to detail is next level. After each segment of the work the crew sought us out to show their work and get our acceptance asking many times "are you happy with the work". In addition Edgar would come in after each segment of the work to check out what the crew had completed and if he thought it was done well. It's the little things that set contractors apart from the masses and Fine Touch does the little things exceptionally well. We are so pleased we have two more projects in scope with Fine Touch.

After contacting countless contractors I believe my husband and I found the best one. Dylan and his Fine Touch team were exactly what we were looking for. Our first project for the team was to remodel our master bathroom and after that came out amazing we ask his team to remodel our kitchen as well. I was honestly blown away once the kitchen was completed. I felt that I was in a brand new home. We are excited to see how the exterior paint job comes along before the winter time. Medium rating. Not a terrible experience but not great either. Used to repair exterior wood rot and house painting. Price was very competitive. The project took 104 calendar days to complete. The house looks nice from a distance, but closer attention to detail is inconsistent i.e. door locks upside down, door handles not re-installed. Had to provide my own hand tools and ladder (which I did not get back) at the end. No final walk through with me was conducted. Payment checks cleared very quickly.

We consider ourselves pretty handy around the house, but there are some home repairs/renovations that are best left with experts. We are so pleased to have been referred Fine Touch to help with some smaller home projects that we couldn’t knock off our to-do list. I had an issue with communication and general urgency of a roofing and chimney repair with another contractor, but after reaching out the Facebook world, Fine Touch Services immediately reached out and checked the issue about a day later and gave me a quote. We went from there to repair within a week's time (mainly around weather concerns that had to ease before work could start). The communication and the crew could not have been better, or more patient with answer all my questions. I am very happy with the repair and services; not just quality of work but level of attention, professionalism, and knowledge. Dylan was great to work with for my project (replacing old/improperly installed flashing on the chimney) - very responsive and professional. They were able to get out to estimate and then complete the work in a very timely manner to assist with my home sale. They proposed and completed additional tasks to more effectively waterproof the roof than originally requested, and dealt efficiently with unforseen problems. They also sent pictures of the completed work from the roof. I'd happily call on Dylan and his team for future projects.

We hired Fine Touch Services to redo the siding on our home. They demo’d the existing siding, installed Azek around all widows and corners and then installed new James Hardie siding. They also built a brand new portico on the front of the house, installed new front and side doors, redid all of the outdoor lighting and installed new gutters. During the project there were also unforeseen fixes that needed to be made such as repairing some rot damage and deck boards. They fixed these issues with no problem.Fine Touch has a great crew of guys; they were professional, work was meticulous, and they kept me informed every step of the way. The project was completed within the initial estimate they gave us (the additional fixes were always quoted before that work was done, and the quote was fair), and the project was completed on time. We are so happy with our new exterior, it looks like a totally different house. What stood out to me the most is their willingness to work with my vision, their ability to get the materials in a short period of time (in a time were supply chain issues are delaying projects) and they showed up to our initial meeting when they said they would and genuinely wanted the job. I also threw a few curveballs at them, like replacing my front door at the last minute, and they were willing to do it - they even picked up the door for me at Rings End.
