We used Casey Construction & Remodeling on a large and numerous smaller projects over more than a decade. The first impressions I had of Neil Casey was both his professionalism and his straightforward business like and friendly manner.The most recent project Neil undertook for us was the complete design and construction of a beautiful stand alone two car garage on our property that we called our “carriage house.” Designed such that the roof could have easily been removed and the attic converted into an apartment or office for a small business, with utility lines to the main house already installed. The carriage house was directly across from and a mirror image of our attached two car garage.Neil completed a number of other project in our home that involved remodeling/repurposing existing space. He built in shelves on either end of a built in six foot window seat that we then used for seating on one side of the kitchen table.Neil also constructed built in bookcases with storage drawers along a ten foot wall in our family room, and constructed a pantry and storage area in our partially finished basement. He built-in new kitchen appliances, including vents. He did a number of repairs jobs as well, whatever we needed, even sourcing and repairing a ceiling leak in an emergency.Except for new construction of the carriage house, a number of the projects were repurposing/remodeling of existing space.After the first time Neil worked with us, we knew he was the man we wanted for as long as we owned the home. He delivers high quality and high value at a fair price. He is prompt and efficient, and you can reach him whenever you have a question. It’s always a pleasure to work with Neil Casey.

Neil Casey built a freestanding apartment with 2 car garage. It is beyond beautiful! Neil took care of everything from designing it, with our input, to getting permits and organizing all the many stages (cutting down trees, excavation, building, cabinets, windows, painting, roof, etc). He orchestrated it all flawlessly and we never had a lag. He gave us his full attention and showed up as promised until the job was completed. He was and still is available whenever we call him. He stands behind his work and is very proud of his craft. His workers were trustworthy and they left the job site clean everyday. What more could you ask?

I highly recommend Neil Casey and Casey Construction. He's done a few small and a medium sized project at our home and we're 100% satisfied. The best thing about Neil is that he's very old school and cares strongly about his customer's satisfaction. He usually answers his phone directly when called and ALWAYS calls you back if you leave a message. Its very reassuring to do business with someone that is honest and cares about their customers, no matter how big or small the job, and he will keep you informed about how the project is going and when it will be completed. Casey Construction was recommended to us five years ago when we needed a new deck. His guys showed up on time every day. They cleaned up their mess before they left every day and the job was done in a timely fashion. Neil always returned phone calls and was accessible through the whole job. They did such a great job, a couple years later he remodeled our Master Bathroom. Last year we had him back to put on a new roof. That job was done in a few days - and they even had to remove all of the shingles etc. No mess made at all! We keep calling him back!
