From fair and accurate estimates and meticulous planning to clean, timely and polished construction, they were simply terrific. We completely remodeled our master bedroom and bathroom with Clark Construction. From the initial design review, through to the completion of the remodeling, the process was very low stress and the results were wonderful. All during the 3 month period, Clark were very open to changes and fixing unforeseen issues that (did) arise. We engaged Clark Construction in late 2019 for a complete gut/redesign/remodel of a newly purchased property. From day one, the Clark team could not have been easier to work with and more welcoming (which sadly is not often the case when going through a massive remodel). As we live overseas, 95% of all our meetings took place virtually. Ann and Ross made the entire process both incredibly efficient and seamless. Their dedicated team including (but certainly not limited to) Danielle, Mario, and Eureka were positively fantastic. Any changes we would make or issues that arose (when dealing with an older home) were swiftly navigated and dealt with. The overall quality of our home remodel is incredibly superior. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is superb. The project timeline NEVER changed! Second time using Clark Construction for major renovation work. As with the 1st renovation, I was extremely pleased with their work. In spite of extremely difficult labor and supply side shortages, we did not experience any difficulties or delays. Problems that did arise were resolved quickly and efficiently. Their level of communication is second to none. They were always available and never went a day with touching base on progress updates and next steps. Highly recommended.

We worked with Clark Construction on a basement renovation. Clark’s incorporated all our wishes into a thorough and detailed plan. Their follow through and quality of work was exceptional, resulting in a beautifully finished space that greatly enhanced our home. Contacted Clark Construction during the holiday season because our dishwasher stopped working. I spoke with Ross about the problem, he scheduled the electrician to stop by, and the dishwasher was back up and running within two hours of me contacting them! Always delighted by Ross’s professionalism, speedy response time, and excellent communication skills. I was beginning to think I had too high expectations for companies, but Clark Construction is proof that good communication and professional, knowledgeable service should be and can be top priority. We renovated our basement with Clark Construction, and we're so happy with the beautiful results.There was a fair amount of back-and-forth and preparation in advance, which proved very helpful—once the demo work started, the project reliably moved forward every day, and it was all completed on time.Ross, Danielle, Mario, Ann and Eureka were great to work with, and their sub-contractors were all top-notch and professional.We asked a lot of Clark—Ross and Mario especially—and they delivered. We had Clark Construction do two home improvements during the past year: one a bathroom remodel and the other window replacements as well as a few other small projects. From our initial contact, there was a high degree of professionalism - calls and emails were returned promptly. Once we signed the contract, work began following an agreed upon schedule and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Communication during the projects was excellent. We were very pleased with the quality of the work. We were in a bit of a crunch to get the work done due to the unexpected arrival of our son and his family and the Clark Construction team came through. We would definitely use them again.

When we bought our home in early summer we wanted to remodel before moving in. I contacted several contractors in the area including Clark Construction. The only contractor to return my phone call was Ross at Clark Construction. Not only did they make time to meet with us but they guaranteed our project deadline. The responsiveness was impressive. We are absolutely delighted with Clark Construction's total remodeling of our kitchen. Everything was top-notch - planning, design, construction, materials, finish, project management, clean-up. Clark brought a methodical, engineering- and architecture-based approach to the project. No other contractor we approached even came close. We are picky about details, but our new kitchen is nothing less than perfect! Everyone who sees it gushes over it - the beautifully stained hardwood floors, subtly textured backsplash tiles, sleek appliances, gorgeous lighting, and above all, clever use of space, such as the addition of an island, which we never thought was possible. Clark has done a superb job. They're also courteous and helpful with follow-up, always ready to check something or make a quick fix. They are the best and we will certainly use them for future projects!

We have worked with Clark Construction for over 5 years on 4 separate home improvement projects (i.e., bathroom & kitchen remodeling, basement refinishing and a beautiful new front porch). We could not be more pleased with Clark’s results. From their thoughtful planning process, to the selection of materials, to their project management and execution, Clark is outstanding. They are very thorough and they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Clark delivers this with proactive on-site management of their exceptional subcontractors. Their subcontractors are quality craftsmen. The worksite is always kept clean and well-ordered. Clark closes out each project with a point-by-point walk-through to ensure that any punch-list items are fully completed. You won’t have any need to ‘chase’ Clark down on the phone; instead they will be in frequent proactive contact with you through all phases of a project. When you consider that you and your family are going to live in the space that you are building or improving, you want to do that work with the best. In our view Clark is the best. I hope this review doesn’t appear to be over-the-top, however, we really admire the Clark organization and are grateful for everything they've done for us.

Each project went extremely smoothly, from the design process to the beautiful finished products (master bath, outdoor painting and rotten trim replacement and kitchen.) We wouldn't dream of working with anybody but Clark Construction for our home remodeling projects. Clark Construction has done two big projects for us with beautiful results, beyond even my rather high expectations. The Clark folks are terrific to work with: knowledegable, detailed, sensible, reliable, punctual, friendly, all the characteristics you hope for in a contractor. Ross, Danielle, Mario, & crew have a deep appreciation for good design, materials, and workmanship too. Their enthusiasm for fixing up houses is marvelous. (And catching: didn't think I'd ever get excited over something like Kerdi-board.) The financial & paperwork aspect is clear and detailed, the best we've ever seen from our 35-year experience with house renovations. On the whole, Clark Construction makes the disruption of home remodeling as smooth & stress-free as possible. The only team I trust and would use for any size project. I have done many different projects (Master suite remodel, whole house exterior revamp, basement refinishing, etc) with Clark and I keep coming back to them. The job is always done on time, with total professionalism and they stand 100% behind their work. We used Clark in the fall of 2020 during COVID for a complete renovation of our master bathroom, master closet and laundry room (35 year old home). We didn’t want just a surface update, so we gutted everything down to the studs. Our project manager was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had and was on site twice a day 4/5 days a week. All of change orders were handled quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with the length of time their subcontractors have worked for them. Everyone always had their masks on when in our house and they did their best to limit the noise and disruption given we were all home either working or attending school. While there was some miscommunication early in the design process, in the end, we were very pleased with the results. About 11years ago Clark construction installed a synthetic deck at my home. Unfortunately, the product used had a manufacturing defect, causing the decking to warp. Because the company had gone into bankruptcy, I was unable to seek compensation for the failure of their product.When I contacted Clark Construction regarding my issues, they apologized for the problems I encountered with my deck. They offered to replace the deck for me at close to their cost. While it was unfortunate that I had to replace my deck much sooner than anticipated, I very much appreciated their doing the job for virtually no profit. The job was completed quickly, and the new deck is far more aesthetically pleasing than the initial one. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work as well as the consideration they showed me in trying to minimize my replacement costs.

I've used Clark for 3 projects -- 2 renovations and an emergency ceiling repair after a radiator leak. At all times I was informed of the process and progress of the job. There was a problem with some pipes long after the job was over, and they honored their word, and replaced the pipes free of charge. I will use them again.

Using their easy-to-navigate website I got a text from their company within minutes and after a couple texts and pictures of the project I spoke with Ross. Even though Ross and his company Clark Construction do not service my area which I did not know ahead of time he spoke at length with me about the project to give me advice and what to look for when finding a company who can help me. Ross was personable easy to talk to and knowledgeable.
