Amazing service. I called this morning because I walked into my garage to leave for an appointment. When my door only opened 2 inches, I knew there was something wrong. My garage door opener froze yesterday and required immediate attention. Found Same Day Overhead Repair online and this team had a tech (Fabian) out within 3 hours. At first Fabian attempted to save the old unit, but ultimately installed a new unit and had my door operational one hour later!!!! Unbelievable service for sure! I had a friend back into my garage by accident over the weekend. The door was much damaged, and it seemed like nothing will save it. I spoke to my neighbor about what happened and she recommended Same Day Overhead Repair since she had pervious jobs done by them and she had a great experience. So decided to call Same Day Overhead Repair on Monday. Once I called them Rafael picked up the phone, he was very pleasant and helpful. He was able to set up an appointment for me that same day. He gave me a 2 hour time frame with a 20 minute call before to know that the tech was on their way. Fabian gave me a 20 minute call to advise me he will be there. He was on time for the appointment. Fabian was very knowledgeable and friendly. My door was not repairable as I anticipated. He gave me a good price and made my invoice on site. Later that day Rafael gave me a call back for the installment date, since the door was in stock they were able to have it installed on Thursday in the morning. Same Day Overhead Repair’s installers came they were prompt and very nice. It took about 4 hours or so to get the door installed. They left the garage clean and I couldn’t be more satisfied than the service Same Day Overhead Repair provided.

I’m writing this couple hours after I called CT Same Day Repair with garage door sensor issue that prevented the garage door from opening/closing (Frustrating I know). Ashton came out very professional (wearing a mask), addressed the issue within minutes and made a few other recommendations on the door’s balance. Considering the response time, the reasonable service call cost for same day service. I believe their pricing is quite fair especially when other companies promised to come out only a week after.

Yesterday we had a spring installed by CT Garage Door Repair. It was a Special Order Spring for our big heavy wood door. Bryan was the tech. He is a man of his word and loves what he does. Our door now goes up and down and is smooth as silk after few months of the uses of a door that can barely open up. Excellent work done by CT Garage Door. I had another garage door company from Ridgefield come to my house and tell me that my door need to be replaced. Why?? That is what Kenneth from CT Garage Door asked. So he did some parts changing and oiled the door. When he opened it up I could tell that the problem is gone and that the door is working perfectly.
