Frank and his team came out to look at my roof within a day of my request. He was extremely knowledgeable as he explained every aspect of the roof replacement. When we decided to move forward with the roof replacement the crew came out and finished the job expeditiously. The workmanship is top notch, the roof looks great, and they did and excellent job cleaning up and protecting the landscaping below. Frank and his team are awesome! They replaced the entire roof of our building in downtown Stamford and it looks beautiful. This was a huge job and Frank explained every step of the process and updated us on all that was happening. He even flew a drone over the building and sent us a video of what it looked like from above! We now have a safe and secure roof on our building, thanks to Frank. I was concerned about shingles after a wind storm and was referred to Greenwich Roofs by my brothers. Frank sent a drone technician to do initial an inspection, reported results and encouraged us to contact our insurance company. He got a crew over and got the roof tarped before the next rain event. Frank was able to determine roof age, installation defect vs wind damage, what was and was not covered by warranties and insurance.Frank shepherded us through the whole insurance claim process and demonstrated greater knowledge of the insurance adjustment process than the adjuster!The crews were great. We woke up in the middle of the night to our vinyl siding being torn off the house by a wind storm. Over the past five years we have been renovating out house in steps. We redid the kitchen with one contractor, the master bath with another and the outside with a third. Each presented their own challenges and the process was slow, expensive, opaque (the bathroom took 7 months). When we decided to replace the roof because of draft and asthetics I had a friend recommend Frank Heneghan at Heneghan services and CT Gutter. His response was immediate. Within a day he had samples, he took one look through the attic and determined that we had a major structural issue. He provided a fair quote and the work was impeccable.A second instance of his exemplary customer service is we asked him to swing by to just give his opinion. He discovered a major mistake made by a previous contractor that had our basement completely exposed to the elements. His crew immediately responded and sealed the basement off, costing us thousands in future repairs and a potential infestation.Both times Frank personally took the time to present samples, solutions and fair quotes. His worker were on time, considerate that we were working from home and cleaned up after themselves impeccable.
