Reached out asking for a quote on a house washing. He met me the following day after work. He said he'd clean the gutters, steps and sidewalk as well. He reached out a day later saying he could get it done a week after the quote whether I was home or not. I came home to a brand new house! He did a GREAT job and took the time to notice certain areas that needed extra "lovin". Arnie is very reliable and takes huge pride in his work. Arnie gave me an extremely reasonable quote, discussed with me (in detail) what he planned to do when tearing my chimney down to below the roofline. He always made sure I was happy with his plan. He arrived on time and worked hard during his time here. Arnie kept me updated on the progress of the job, taking pictures of his work on the roof, showing them to me and explaining what he was doing. His clean up after the job was done was meticulous. He left my property as it was when he arrived. Additionally, he's a great guy: hardworking (previously mentioned), easy to talk to, and very professional.
