Had a home energy audit performed by their technician Bud. He was on time, communicative, and answered any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in creating a plan to help make my home more efficient, and the completed work for weather sealing was effective and well done. I can already tell my upstairs is retaining heat better!

I recently had an energy audit performed that was more than 5 hours long but netted very little and created problems. For example, he filled a hole with foam in the porch ceiling designed to vent between the ceiling and the roof. He never asked, just did it and obviously had no idea what he was doing. He got the foam all over the porch screen. Now I need to figure out how to correct this mess. And I was required to sign a paper indicating they would not be held liable for any work done, another red flag. I thought it would be beneficial but I would never recommend the energy audit performed by this business. I would also be concerned about the quality of other work performed.
