We could not be more pleased with our experience with Creative Home Improvement. Andy was a pleasure to work with and he was very attentive and helpful to us in our decisions. Andy brought us samples, helped us shop windows and doors, and had a long list of other homes to drive by. He was there through the entire job from beginning to end to make sure we were thoroughly pleased. The installation crew was top-notch! They worked hard to get the job done on time and left the property neat and clean. Andy and his crew are top notch! They put up new siding 2 years ago and they just finished a brand new deck for us. They are excellent at what they do and they're very easy to deal with. Prices are reasonable and very competitive. We highly recommend them. Great guys!

Andy and his crew were amazing! let me just start there. Creative Home Improvement replaced my roof last year, and just last month replaced all of my siding, gutters, fascia, as well as three large bay windows. My house looks awesome. The whole crew not only worked hard, but were fast and the end product is fantastic. I can't say enough good things about them as a whole. I had the pleasure of Andy and his crew replacing 2 dormer windows, 5 family room windows, replacing a garage window with a new door, and finally installing new siding and all new gutters. It was an amazing experience! They were always early and had me look at the progress before leaving for the day in case I had any questions or concerns. An added bonus is a leak I've had for years by my basement Bilco doors has not happened since the siding was installed. If every crew was like this one there would be no remodeling horror stories :) .Service: Gutter installation

If you're shopping around for siding or gutters and don't know where to begin or what to use as criteria for selection, stop shopping right now and go with Creative Home Improvement in Shelton. I spoke to several vendors and interviewed them all. I ultimately went with Creative Home Improvement because Andy made me feel so comfortable. He and his crew are knowledgeable, had great, honest advice about my project and just seemed very genuine. I loved the fact that it's family-owned, as businesses that are tend to take pride in their work - and I wasn't disappointed. My house looks like a completely different house! The quality of the work is STELLAR, dealing with Andy and crew was efficient and pleasant, everyone was super polite and professional, and the cleanup was spotless. Great bunch of guys! My house was hit by that tornado a couple months back, and my roof was heavily damaged. Instead of using one of the "ambulance chaser" roofing companies knocking on everyone's door fast talking my neighbors and trying to take advantage of a catastrophe, I called Creative Home Improvement on the recommendation of a neighbor. It was a smart move to use Creative, I made the call, and they were on my roof the very next morning, making temporary repairs to protect the roof until the insurance company came to check out the situation.These guys made dealing with the insurance company easy, State Farm came out to estimate the damage, Creative Home Improvement met them at my house and took care of everything. Their estimate was within pennies of what the insurance rep had come up with on their own, so that made getting payment and a new roof very quick and easy.After I received the funds from the insurance company to replace my roof, the guys at Creative made sure everything went very smooth. The dumpster was delivered when they said it would be, the materials came when they said they would, the guys showed up when they were supposed to, and start to finish they replaced my roof in 1 day.They worked meticulously neat, and when they were done, the dumpster was gone first thing the next morning,. Now I have nice new roof with GAF Timberline shingles with a lifetime warranty.Thanks guys, I appreciate your professionalism and will refer you to anyone I know who needs roofing or siding done!

Andy is an exceptional, professional and honest guy all around. We called him to take care of some ice dams causing leaks into our house.He went above and beyond, really helped us out when I could barely get another contractor to call us back. He didn't have to come back to our house twice to clear our roof again .... he could have, like any contractor, even asked us to pay extra to come out again. But he didn't.Andy is a great guy, a very knowledgeable and trustworthy tradesman, and I would call on him again without hesitation.I mean this: it's hard to find people you can trust when dealing with home contractors. Andy more than earned that trust. A+
