I've had nothing but problems with Helio since we purchased our solar panels and our Sol Ark battery. The installation took 3 months longer than was initially promised and that was just the beginning of our issues. Every time I have questions it takes weeks to get a response.I wish I knew in advance that Helio doesn't allow owners to adjust time of use settings for the Sol Ark battery. This has to be done by the company. I've been waiting for over a month for them to adjust the settings. If I had access to this feature in the app I would have done it myself a long time ago.The panels and the battery are fine, I don't have any issues with the product. The problem is their lack of timely communication. Brian is nice and has apologized many times for the long response time, but apologies don't mean anything if the same problem continues.

I looked at several Solar firms and rejected most due to the installation process. Then I went with a company and they told me that Helio would be doing the install. Wow!! what a godsend. I was concerned with the Solar design and almost canceled. Then Helio showed up, they agreed and made all the calls to change the design and I have a wonderful system. They even came back with the Mfg. to fix a problem in a battery that I never saw. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Now, if only they can install snow removal wipers on my panels. Oh, well, Spring is coming.

Helio Solar installed our solar system and anytime we have the slightest issue, they were immediately responsive. To be clear, the only issues were minor and were fixed asap. They actually spent a few hours and two trips fixing our air conditioning even though it had nothing to do with the solar power! Nick even ran out to buy us a new thermostat. This level of service is extraordinary. They are fabulous.

Helio Solar installed our solar battery and panels and they did an excellent job. They were professional, on time, friendly, helpful and highly effective. We spoke with so many sales companies before we settled on Helio and they were markedly different. They were straight-forward and honest; they had a simple contractual form without a ton of small print and they were not trying to "sell." We now have solar power and we are helping the environment and saving on electric bills.

I spoke with Brian a week ago about installing both solar and geothermal at our home in Ridgefield. He talked a good game and said he would put together designs for both systems and get back to me in a few days. 2 weeks later I have left multiple voicemails and emails and received no response. In desperation I booked a virtual appointment for today and Brian failed to show up and gave no notice that he would not be able to make it.
