Excellent and generous customer service is a rare thing these days. Meaningful and prompt communication, and everyone I worked with for my roof took the time to answer my questions, and my occasional concerns and always kept me in the loop. Also were very helpful in dealing with my insurance company, and very generous with cost and pricing assistance. Roofing work itself was truly excellent and done very efficiently and the area surrounding the house was kept very clean. Cannot recommend this company enough for your roofing needs!

Good work is not cheap…and cheap work is not good- if you want to have “white glove” service, then consider Rhino-Back Roofing! Within 48 hours of doing the deal, a large crew descended upon our home at 7:30 AM and by 6:30 that evening, the roof was replaced without any issues and looks amazing! Excellent site cleanup too. Other quotes, while cheaper, involved several days to complete and weeks out for availability. From start to finish, Rhino excelled on all fronts and we are very pleased with the outcome!

Oh... my...goodness!!! I couldn't be happier! They promised the whole enchilada and they delivered the whole enchilada! Every single member of the team was meticulously professional and a master at their craft! My yard was left cleaner than it was when they arrived and my home looks stunning. The whole process was very easy. The staff was helpful at every stage. The crew coming was respectful and worked quickly and efficiently. The instructions for the day of could have been a bit more clearer. I’ve never had a roof redone before and because of the age of the roof and the job itself the mess was greater, especially in the attic. I would have prepared more had I known it was going to get a lot more than “dusty”. I am not one for writing reviews on services rendered however I feel compelled to do so in this case. Having done research in trying to find the best roofing company to undertake our home roofing project, my research findings (whether through online reviews or friends word of mouth) consistently brought me back to one company, Rhino-Back.The research certainly paid off in that the professional team at Rhino-Back from project start to finish took the time to assess our existing roof situation, provided solutions designed to meet our needs (at a very reasonable cost) and did a superb job delivering a finished roof which was exactly what we were looking for.As for scheduling and timeliness of the project, Rhino-Back was extremely flexible in scheduling around our very busy schedule.To their word the team showed-up promptly on the day that was scheduled and went right to work. The project onsite manager that day, Rob Eldridge was extremely professional in that he took the time to explain what was going to be done, answered additional questions we had and kept us updated as to the progress being made during the day.The team worked their magic and everything we were looking for was absolutely delivered (and then some). Once the job was complete and the roof was installed, they took the time to clean up the site to the point where it was spotless and you would have never known there was any project done at all.What you COULD CLEARLY see is that Rhino-Back had effectively transformed our home from looking like a weathered house built in the 70's to a brand new home in the course of hours. Looking at it from the street and with the new color roof in place, it is now night and day in appearance.In closing, my wife and I are so happy that we went with Rhino-Back. In summary, double thumbs-up and I strongly recommend Rhino-Back for any potential customer looking to have a roof done the right way.

Working with Rhinoback roofing on my roof claim was a seamless experience. They were fantastic throughout then whole process. The roof was finally done today and they worked fast and efficiently. Susan was amazingly helpful through the scheduling process and very kind. Justin was super attentive on the job consistently letting me know what was going on an checking up. He also managed to get a second dumpster company to deliver to my house when the first wasn't able to. I cannot recommend Rhinoback Roofing enough; if you're looking to replace your roof, go to them. You will not be disappointed.

Rhino back roofing has been great to work with through our insurance. Our new roof was installed today, Justin was our field manager he sent me many progress pictures as I had to leave the house. The staff were great and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves when done, which was great having a dog and children on the property. Everyone was very professional.

The whole process was so smooth and easy, I couldn’t have asked for friendlier service along the way! My consultation with Cully was informative, helpful, and assured me that my roof would receive the utmost care. As of now my half-roof has been seamlessly repaired/replaced, and I am very pleased with the result! My property was left cleaner than when I arrived and the job was done quickly. I will definitely be calling back next year to have my other half done, Rhino Back Roofing will get the job done right!

We just had our roof replaced today. They are incredible. Great customer service, walked us through every step of the process, dealt with our insurance company. The roofing install took 6 hours!! The roofers were amazing, they were meticulous with clean up. Gutters are getting installed next. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement.

I am so pleased with the work Angel from RhinoBack Roofing did!I had my roof replaced a few months back and although the roof replacement was beautiful and easy to navigate, I had something small damaged along the way. I was hesitant to reach out after so much time has passed- but glad I did because they immediately scheduled to fix the issue, and assure me they would rather I speak up then harbor dissatisfaction.Angel was a dedicated worker, checked in to make sure it was to my satisfaction, and was super kind to my dogs, who happily followed him around.
