We needed a new roof so I called Bailey Home Improvements and Alex Bailey came out and gave us a reasonable estimate. Both he and his team were all professional and respectful. I have an inground pool close to the house which made things a bit challenging. They took extra precautions to avoid any damage to my pool. The roof itself looks amazing! They did an awesome job and it only took one day which was very impressive. After the roof was installed they made sure to clean up and did a great job! They know I have dogs and took the extra time to be sure they picked up all the nails and any other objects that fell from the roof. Overall, I was beyond satisfied and would highly recommend them.Service: Roof installation

After shopping around, we decided Bailey Home Improvements was the way to go for our new siding and windows. His team came on time and actually got the work done a couple days earlier than planned. They did a great job and we loved the way they wrapped the trim on our windows. They cleaned up after themselves very well, which we have found doesn't always happen with home renovations. Alex was awesome. He came out to look at my project immediately and explained my options and the costs. I ended up having him put on a new roof/gutters/gutter guards and two windows. The roof was done within a week. The gutters a couple of days later and the windows have now been installed as well. I am extremely happy with everything from start to finish. PLUS I got all of the above for 4k LESS than other companies wanted to charge me JUST for the roof! Definitely Highly recommend!Service: Installation

Alex and his crew just replaced our roof and while I was a bit concerned when I noticed a couple of things that weren’t quite right Alex responded to each and every issue and took care of every one of them. I got like four quotes. Alex was the only one that showed up with a book of materials that explained his track record, what he would do, the variety of choices, and he provided a clear written estimate and warranty. Responsive. Does what he says he’ going to do. Always showed up on time when he said he would. Very professional. I highly recommend him.

After wind damage I was worried about our roof leaking..After receiving a truly outrageous estimate from a big flashy company I decided to go local and smaller I'm extremely happy I did .I called Alex and he came by within a couple days and gave me a very reasonable estimate for a complete roof.. In fact the price was fair that I was able to have him also replace our old gutters, downspouts ANDwe added gutter guards..Again, the larger company's estimate was so high there's no way we would have been able to do seamless gutters or pay a couple thousand for gutter guards..His crew showed up and got right to it..they were knowledgable, quick,careful and cleaned up thoroughly..Extremely happy and at ease knowing our house has a quality roof and gutter system that will keep us happy and dry for many years to come..Thank you Alex ..We look forward to having our siding done as well..
