Woke up to our basement flooded after all this non stop rain we have been having and we were referred to one contractor who then referred us to Nick. Within minutes of calling he called us back and within a hour his guys were out at our house. Very professional and helpful when we realized we had to pull up our sub floor for them to get more of the water sucked up. They also left us with commercial dehumidifier and vacuums for a few days to help dry our basement out. we Highly recommended them!

Our basement flooded Jan 21 when it was freezing outside. This was our first flood and Crystal Restoration responded to our call very quickly to set up fans and a dehumidifier. The manager, Nick, was very nice and helpful. Even though they received over 100 calls that weekend, they still treated us like #1, and I'm sure they have a great reputation for treating all of their customers that way, especially reading the other comments. Great service.

Our basement flooded, as did many many others across the state with the snow then rain storm, but Crystal Restoration Services was there within an hour and saved us. I have nothing but praise for Nick and his crew. We were able to save all of the important things and get ahead of the issue. 100% that wouldn't have happened with them. If I could give SIX stars, I would...I’m someone who is usually always prepared for everything/anything on the homeowners front, but I recently became a major basement flooding victim by the onslaught of rain/snow/melted snow from earlier this year. I frantically called around to get some quotes in terms of cost and timelines for workers to actually come out to save the day, but everyone I called was significantly more expensive than I had expected (likely taking advantage of the floodings going on all throughout the state), and/or they were already booked out for 1 to 2 weeks, which wasn’t going to work for the extensive damage I was looking at if the problem wasn’t remedied asap.That is…everyone I reached out to disappointed me except for Crystal Restoration, who not only called me back the same morning of my emergency (owner of the company dealt with me himself, in fact – thanks, Nick!), their superb crew of professional, diligent, knowledgeable, careful, and patient workers were attacking my basement issues within just a few hours of me begging for help. Again, this was during a time that Crystal Restoration was already in high-demand and out in the field helping numerous others during one of the rainiest and windiest stints we’ve had in years. Also noteworthy is the fact that a crew traversed from the other end of the state to come bail me out (literally).Lastly, but certainly not least, I continued to be impressed with how careful/cautious/caring the team of workers were when they came back out to pick up their heavy-equipment. They ensured that things were dry and their additional post-flood precautionary steps were taking hold. The head of the company himself also followed-up to ensure I was satisfied with the emergency work they did, and at the extremely fair the pricing they offered me during a time of vulnerability.Needless to say, I’m more than just satisfied…Crystal Restoration has a client (and word-of-mouth sponsor) for life! Excellent service. They came late on a Sunday night when other companies told me they couldn’t get there. The workers stayed for several hours to help pump out water from heavy rain in basement. Will call them first if I need them again. Give them a call.

I called Crystal Restoration to handle water/mold damage in the basement of one of my rental properties, and they were very responsive, professional, and efficient. Additionally, Crystal Restoration was able to effectively work at the property to get the job done despite the presence of particularly difficult tenants. Am writing on behalf of my 88 yo mother. She had a flooded basement due to an overflowing washer. Her insurance agent recommended to call Nick as he had used them for his own home. Best call I have ever made! He came with a crew and were efficient and very caring given my mom was overwhelmed and anxious. He followed through the entire process from removal (water and asbestos) etc to the rebuilding process, always keeping us informed and in constant touch with the insurance company. We became quite fond of Nick and his crew and were sad to see him go! Called him last week when everyone had water issues from Ida. Knowing how busy he would be, he took time to help my mom out with equipment. I had him clean the ducts in my home as they probably had never been done! Fair, honest and an all around great guy. Recently, my doctor recommended that we have our air ducts cleaned to help my son's allergies. Nick and his team arrived promptly, thoroughly explained the process and cleaned all of my air ducts and my dryer vent. I was shocked to see what exactly was in my vents! The Crystal Restoration team was on time and did a great job cleaning the ductwork in my home. The ducts hadn’t been cleaned in over 20 years and after close to 4 hours of work they looked like they had just been installed. The cost was very reasonable and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them for duct cleaning services.

Crystal Cleaners/Restoration was hired through my insurance adjuster for demolition and moving services after a tornado hit our home. I do not recommend that you hire them.I am rarely moved to write bad reviews. I do not like to speak poorly of people who are trying to make a living, but I will speak frankly: they do careless work. There is apparently very poor communication among the team members and between them and management. Initially, they damaged the salvageable parts of my house — in multiple instances — in the process of removing what was determined to be water-damaged (gouged the wood paneling, broke the windowsill, etc). This required that we adjust our plans for repair and renovation.As movers, they arrived unprepared to do the job and late. Attempting to finish the next day — I adjusted my schedule to accomodate them — they arrived unprepared and late again. I’m writing from the rental house where I have been so far waiting an hour for them to return with supplies they forgot to bring. I had to reschedule my daughter’s doctor appointment.They are not detail-oriented — they wrapped a wooden bowl in plastic with onions still in it, last time, for example, before putting it in a box and sealing that. The spice jars were meticulously wrapped in many layers of paper, but a glass bowl was not protected at all. My furniture was damaged as we together watched it fall over into their loading ramp, and then they argued with me about it, saying the damage had already been there. Moreover, in the midst of all of this, one of the movers basically told me that I would go to hell if I did not join his church.I’ve worked with two different crews and these problems were not really unique to either of them. I would not have hired them again to move back home, but apparently they had already been paid to do so by my insurance company. I am not optimistic about what I will find when I unpack my belongings again. Bottom line: they made a stressful time in my life more stressful. Do not give them your business.

The team from Crystal Restoration Services did excellent work at my home following an accident involving the boiler in my basement. I had to call Al 3 or 4 times for minor problems that concerned me and he responded by sending his men here at a moments notice to take care of the problem. Crew came 2 hours late. Then they decided to drag a pantry full of food across my kitchen floor, damaging the pantry and the floor. They didn't even unscrew it from the wall, just yanked it out, causing damage to the wall. Now I have a broken pantry, damaged wall and scratches on my kitchen floor. All of the hardware for the pantry(screws,anchors) is nowhere to be found. When I called the company about this, I got hung up on.Do yourself a favor-find a company that will treat your house like its their own
