*** Lousy workmanship, Lousy follow through, Unresponsive to issues with their work, Disrespectful to customers, especially women and poor treatment of their employees***Since Oct 2020, after CT Complete Chimney was hired to fix chimney leak and rebuild chimney, we have called on four different occasions to report ongoing leaks and request a proper repair, problem is worse today and Owner Nelson and Foreman Kevin now want to charge additional fees for a job that should have done right from day 1****Pictures speak volumes, while rebuilding our chimney it doesn't appear that step flashing was used to rebuild the chimney, which has worsen the severity of the leaks and the lead application barely makes the roof line. As you can imagine every time it rains we have lots of water coming in through the Chimney. Instead of owning to the issue they have caused by not doing the job right, they are now blaming the roof. (We have no leaks anywhere in our home!!) Except the inside of our Chimney.Despite phone calls and attempts to reasonably resolve this issue, CT Complete Chimney, it's owner Nelson and foreman Kevin hang up the phone on customers, publicly humiliate, yell and berate their customers and their minority employees.Their claim to guarantee their workmanship for 10 years is FALSE.THIS POST is an opportunity for this service to do the right thing and provide the appropriate remediation and repairs, I will keep providing updates on how this company responds to workmanship issues and how they treat customers.Please check the BBB (better business bureau) complain # 14833025.

I just had my chimney bricks and flashing replaced by Kevin and Nelson. They did a phenomenal job. They were professional, quick and cleaned up everything. Their price was fair. I would definitely recommend them for any chimney job you have.

Terrible service. I called for an estimate for a double lining for my furnace flue, Kevin showed up and recommended I b-vent rather than go through all the hassle of cutting up drywall and putting in an access panel. He told me he would get back to me w/in a couple of days w/the quote, 4 days went by and I texted Nelson the owner and I got a call from Kevin that evening. He gave me my quote, I was satisfied and asked them to do the work, Kevin said he would call the next day to set up a time for him to swing by and have me sign the contract, 4 days went by and I heard from nobody. Never thought a company would completely ghost you after giving them your business. Very unreliable and unprofessional, would not recommend.

These guys are awesome, hands down. They came to my house quickly and did a full inspection and quote the same day. Started work two weeks later and rebuilt both of my crumbling chimneys beautifully. Nelson, Kevin, Segundo, and Carlos - you are all excellent!
