I had used Tonnotti back in 2006 and 2007 to replace some other windows in my home, and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the windows, the installation, and how well the windows had maintained their integrity. I made the decision to once again do business with Tonnotti because they are a local company that will stand behind their work. The installation crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job with respect to the installation and the exceptional quality of work. Each worker maintained a high level of professionalism. I have had such a good experience with these guys putting in my windows and sliding glass door. It was so good I’m also going to have them replace my front door.The whole crew was very professional and courteous, and friendly. The work was explained very well, and done very quickly. It took 2 days to do all the windows and door, and they cleaned up everything afterwards.I got prices from 4 different companies, and even though they weren’t the lowest price, I feel that I got a very good deal. Vinyl Siding Installation: over 2 seasons, I called 6 installers, and had 4 quotes. Right away, Mike was obviously experienced and easy-going. Having met with several companies already, I knew what to listen for and what to ask. I appreciated that when I asked for suggestions for a couple of tricky spots on my house, he offered professional advice based on experience, unlike the other 'salesmen' I saw, who would only respond 'whatever you want'. I also asked about non-stock shutters, which he looked into and had to special order, which I appreciated. Other places simply said "No" when I asked. His quote was right where I expected based on the other quotes I received, but because of how thorough Mike had been throughout the quote process, I was comfortable committing to JC Tonnotti. He was honest that they were booked about 3 months out, which I expected and the job started about 10 wks later, with good communication along the way. The crew started on a Tueday, it rained one day that week, and by the next Monday, the job was done (medium-sized simple house). The crew worked right until 5pm each day, no loud music, no using phones all day, no yelling to each other. They were respectful in their work habits to me, my property and myneighborhood. Their clean-up was excellent-no scraps all over the place or in the landscape beds. I highly recommend talking to them if you are considering new vinyl siding.

Love the windows. The windows tilt in for easy cleaning inside and out, especially handy for our second story loft. They did the install in one day. The installer, Matt, did a great job installing and sealing around the windows. Cleaned up after himself. Very professional!! Met and exceeded our expectations. We are going to have them replace 3 more windows, that we hadn’t thought about, the first go round.

Had a Bow window replaced with a Bay Window. JC Tonnotti’s were in the house within 2 days to provide a comprehensive quote. Luke was very knowledgeable and walked us through the options. He provided a quote immediately and gave us a realistic timeframe for installation. The window arrived earlier than expected and the install crew was onsite 24 hours after the window was delivered. Guilmo, Mejuel, and Maurisyo were prompt, very professional, and knowledgeable. The window looks amazing, and I have no complaints. I would absolutely recommend.

J.C. Tonnotti window company.THIS IS THE ONE! Fantastic.5 STAR. I am a stickler for perfection, trust me! I spent time interviewing 4 window companies to replace very old windows in my 1929 beach cottage in Madison Connecticut. Probably the same that most people see advertised. Although I replaced windows in another home, consumers really don’t know much about something they don’t do very often. We all start with trying to get the price, (that’s really dumb because you might get “new” really subpar windows which probably weren’t much better than what you replaced!) these weren’t the lowest price but they weren’t the highest, but they are by far the very best in product and install- and trust me, INSTALL is the absolute key. The Harvey windows from J.C. Tonnetti are excellent and have a sleek look as well all the energy efficient ratings we need in the northeast. With a 20 year, (and transferable to a new owner) guarantee you have super security. But the thing that truly made me feel that this company was the best was the incredible attention to detail, knowledge and experience that EACH worker had. Luke,Gilmo,Matt,Carlos and Mauricio were amazing. They never stopped doing some small detail during the removal, installation and clean up and they did so in the neatest, kindest, and most professional way. This company is OUTSTANDING because the people are outstanding, honest, talented, experienced and trustworthy. Truly one of the best I’ve ever worked with and so glad I did. Very nice that the owner comes out and does the estimating. However, the positive experience stops there. If you want to overpay for shoddy and poor workmanship, then use Tonnotti. Damaged my walls, didn't caulk where they removed trim, and put back broken trim in several places. Tonnotti changed my contract unilaterally by deciding that he wasn't going to do certain work because I am having siding done with no credit or consideration for that. Very thankful they are not doing my siding!!Service: Window installation

My wife and I have been very impressed by the responsiveness and service provided by Luke, a J.C.Tonnotti representative. Luke came to our house to provide a quote for replacing a number of windows. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, explaining to us the features of the Harvey windows he was quoting, and the work that would be done to install these windows.Upon showing him a problem we had on a Harvey window installed a number of years ago by another company, Luke took it upon himself to contact the manufacturer, and obtain a replacement window under warranty. He later returned with the new window and replaced the faulty window.Based on our experience with Luke and our interaction with several other J.C.Tonnotti representatives, we placed an order with J.C.Tonnotti. We are confident that these windows will be properly installed with minimal disruption to our house.
