Brought my parents house 12 years ago. We had a small leak and thought it may be time for a new roof. We called a few places who said the roof looked good and whoever did it did a great job. Asked my parents if they remembered and had any records of who did the roof before we bought the house. They luckily found the paperwork and we found out that Northeast did the roof back in 2001 (17 years ago). We called Ron and told him we would like him to take a look at the roof and give us a quote for fixing or replacing it. Ron was wonderful. He said if he did the roof 17 years ago he would come out and take care of the issues. He came out and found the issue and fixed it immediately!!! That is what is called standing by your work. Not only did he do an outstanding job and do it right he stood by his work!! We are very pleased with his professionalism and strongly recommend him. Ron was working on my neighbor’s roof when I walked over to ask if he could give me a price to reseal the flashing around the chimney on my home. We are getting a spot on our ceiling and it needed to be fixed. He looked at it from the ground, got his ladder and sealant and fixed it on the spot. He took time to explain why the water leaked in and what to expect in the future. I asked for his business card because when we’re ready for a new roof, I’m calling Northeast Roofing! I can’t remember the last time I dealt with a compassionate business owner!

Returned my call within an hr, showed up to look at issue same day. Came next day to do repair. They were working on the roof, didn’t even ring the doorbell. Was pleasantly surprised!! Very reasonable. Highly recommend. This is why they’ve stayed in business over 25 yrs.Service: Roof repair

I am not happy with the customer support. The Company was not get back to me and I had to contact someone else. Maybe they busy but I had serious problem with my roofing in the rain. Ted's Roofing did the best job I've seen and I recommend!!!
