Rarely do you find a company that gets a perfect score in every category! I called late on a Friday and got a nice human! We had a friendly chat about what was needed (power wash our two story home, vinyl fence and two car garage.) The price was very fair. We agreed and set a date of Tuesday. He sent a simple contract via text. Easy to read, understand and logical. I signed off on it. The system was flawless at every turn. Communication was clear, responsive and accurate. He communicated on Tuesday and said they would be there around the expected time and would call again when they were 20 minutes out. As promised they arrived, clean professional looking trucks and crew. All personable, respectful, prompt and thorough! Every detail done to perfection! The team left and I received a call to review and approve the work and promptly received an invoice and I promptly paid it. The technology worked beginning to end. That is Soo, not normal. The whole experience was not normal! It was awesome! I wish I owned this business! What an honor!Best contractor I have had in over 45 years.The best to you all! Continued success! Cheers!

Overall a decent job. However, the material used caused by front door paint to streak which means I must now re-paint it. Also, several spots were missed as well as several brown streaks left on white window casings.

Edit**Company took accountability for there actions and I really appreciate their communication with me on making the problem right. I stand by saying that they did great work on my house and it looks great. Recommend them for power washing and clearing gutters.House looked great and communication was good but left my hose unraveled across my front lawn covered in mud, left a large black garbage bag in my front lawn, garbage cans left in driveway and left my back gate open (always closed for the dogs). Would just like my house to be left the same way it was when they arrived.
