My husband and I were looking to replace all of our old windows at our home when we reached out to John White at White Home Products. He responded in a timely manner, came out for an estimate within a day and arrived even earlier than he said he would. He was very professional and direct when describing our options to us, explained the whole installation process as well as how long each step would take. He was pleasant and patient through our email correspondence before deciding exactly what we wanted and had answered any questions we had.Our windows arrived within 2 weeks of ordering which was 2 weeks earlier than we expected! Mike did our installation, arriving early on the days we discussed (weather pending as well), was professional and incredibly neat on site. He removed our old windows with care and organized them in his truck. The installation took a total of 4 days, and it was just Mike himself the first 3 days inside, when we were told it may take a week since it was just him (in which we didn’t mind at all). John was able to get another guy to help Mike on the last day of install outside so it would be all done without us even asking him to.My husband and I had such a wonderful experience with White Home Products and we could not be happier with our new windows!! The whole process could not have gone any smoother and we have no complaints. Excellent contractors, let alone good ones are difficult to find as far as arriving when they say they will, items arriving in a timely manner, quality work, no drama and wonderful people, but White Home Products has it all. I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call and would highly recommend them for any of your home improvement needs. I will be calling them again for our future projects!

I would highly recommended White Home Products to anyone looking to replace their roof. Our roof was over 30 years old (a 100 year old house) and we knew it needed to be replaced. We talked to several roofing contractors and felt like White Home Products were the most professional, and had the best quality/value. John White was extremely responsive during the entire roofing process (which lasted less than a week). His crew was professional, neat, and fast. The roof was also replaced on our garage, which resulted in debris getting inside of the garage. After they finished the roof on the garage they cleaned out the debris and left it cleaner than it was when we started! Unfortunately that was a terrible process, leading to that company not responding to us over a course a 3 months and ultimately after a second chance and losing our business. Dan and his team were amazing, they took care of my home like it was their own. From moving lawn furniture and plants to keeping the work area neat. They were meticulous in placing the shingles and flashing and found the active leak . The job was done quickly and thoroughly. Everything was placed back as it was . I rate my entire experience with White Home Products as 5 Stars from start to finish.John (Owner) was quick to respond to my initial inquiry for three patio doors and was out the next day to measure , explain the Harvey line of patio doors, left me a brochure and I received the quote within a day or so. This was so much more responsive than several others I had contacted and then waited weeks for just an initial visit. It was clear that he was knowledgeable about not only the product , but also all aspects of the installation.John kept me advised of the order and manufacturing status of the order, and scheduled the installation within days of the doors arriving at the shop.The gentlemen doing the installation were knowledgeable, efficient, neat and did a great job.John stopped by both days during the installation at least once, to check and make sure things were going well.I could not be any happier with my new Harvey patio doors or the installation job and overall experience with White Home Products.The doors look great!

I contacted White Home Products to replace a large bay window which a previous contractor had badly butchered, but was broken by a flying rock. I had spent a lot of time researching what needed to be done and had contacted probably a half dozen contractors. As soon as they heard it was an insurance claim, they all had reasons why they couldn’t help. When I called WHP I spoke with John Sr. He listened and more important he treated me with respect instantly. He took the time to properly evaluate the situation and work with me to get the window replaced even when my insurance adjuster kept insisting the glass could be replaced. The crew was great. They arrived when they said they would, they were neat, tidy and always courteous and respectful. They corrected the original deficiency’s and made the front of my home something I am once again proud of. In fact, I hired them again to replace my front stairs. Best part- they were very easy to work with as I live in NC and this home is in CT. This was not a hinderous to getting quality work done at a reasonable price. I would absolutely use White Home Products in the future and highly recommend them.

I've used WHP for a number of home improvement projects over the years, including a sliding glass door, two front doors, and a screen door, plus regular maintenance such as gutter cleanings. Obviously my willingness to go back to them time after time is a testament to their customer service, attention to detail, and value.
