House wash and low pressure roof cleaning came out amazing!! No more green algae on my siding. Also did the front side of my roof because of black streaks, and after about 2/3 weeks ( he said could take up to 6 ) , there are no more streaks on my roof. Very pleased with James's explanation of the cleaning process. Very polite over the phone, and scheduled me in within a week. Great customer service, good pricing, and good experience with ProClean Plus! 5 stars +++ !!

If you're looking to have your house washed before listing your home, this is the company! Was able to get the house washed within a week of speaking, and was the only company that picked up initially and called back with the quote.... same day! Which was very reasonable. Best exterior house cleaning company around! Very pleased with initial conversation over booking and pricing. House looks great after. Few spots didn't clean that well but the siding is towards the end of its life. No complaint there. James pointed that out before doing the wash and I didn't even notice till he mentioned it. Had ProClean come out to clean my roof after my insurance company sent a letter they were going to cancel my policy.James was the only company that picked up the phone within a few seconds, and was able to explain the process of the cleaning and give a quote over the phone.Leading up to the cleaning, he was very responsive with texts and time of arrival which I really appreciated and never experienced with any other service company.Now I don’t have any more green moss and black mold on my roof, and looks better upon completion. He said it needs a few weeks for the rest of the moss to dry up and fall of naturally which I have I no doubt because of the way it looked when he finished. Looks almost brand new!VERY pleased with this service. 5+ Stars. Highly recommend!!
