Review update 04/15/2024The owner Luis reached out to me after my 1st review to make things right. I appreciate him reaching out and working to solve the issue with the leak. Once Luis got involved the job was finished very promptly.The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the debris, nails, and trash left behind on the job site after the crew left. A few pieces here and there are to be expected for a big job like this but the multiple handfuls of nails, plastic and trash were more than should have been left behind. Luis took this feedback and will be working with his team to resolve in the future.

We used Best Way for both a roofing replacement and chimney repair. Courland came to our house assessed all of the interior water damage and traced it back to both the chimney and the roof. Both of which had suffered damage from summer storms. Courtland's professionalism, attention to detail and follow through were top notch. Leo and the team were fantastic from quotation to installation. Responsive, professional and speedy! Stripped old roof and put new one up in the same day. They took all the debris and even walked around the neighborhood to clean up as it was a slightly windy day. I hired best way roofing after I had some wind damage ruin my 110 year old tin roof. Nathan came out the day I called him and explained everything to me clear and accurate. He walked me through the process and helped every step of the way (being a new homeowner I didn’t know the process) they scheduled the job and showed up on time and ready to work, they completed in a timely, clean, and efficient manner and my house looked better than it ever has! Unfortunately we had a situation that was beyond their control. This is where this review would come with 1000 stars if that was an option, although it wasn’t their fault, best way roofing stepped up and had my back. They made sure that I wasn’t left without and that they would handle the situation for me. I’m fully aware that most other contractors would have told me I was on my own and fought me tooth and nail but not best way, they made sure that they put me first and that I was taken care of. I cannot express the level of gratitude I have and respect for this company, to do what they did speaks volumes of the character of the owners and the employees that work with them. Luis & his guys & gals replaced the siding on parts of my industrial building, and also did a bit of structural work. The work & cost were as promised, and was done meticulously, the right way. About a month ago I asked the owner of Best Way to take a look at the part of the roof on my house that was 22 years old. I redid the other part of the roof about 15 years ago. I was exploring getting the old part of the roof replaced. He looked up and studied the roof and said, “ You have wind damage I think your insurance company will pay to have the entire roof replaced.” I called my insurance company and the adjuster came out two days later. Fast forward to today and my entire roof is new and insurance paid all of but $1,000 of the cost. Best Way not only did the job with minimal disruption but because of his very professional crew the house was exposed to the weather for very little time. (I would say two hours.) I’m a retired contractor and have replaced probably over 100 roofs myself over the last forty years so I know what needs to be done for a proper roof install. There are little details that Best Way did that involved extra work on their part. For example; I have a few shed roofs with flashing exposed at the top of the pitch. His team took the extra time to hide this flashing with an overlay of new shingles. They also used caulking you won't find at a big box store because it's too expensive but it is the best you can get. I highly recommend Best Way! I had the pleasure of dealing with both Nathan and Ronnie. Nathan originally came out in November to give me a quote for just my roof, then fast forward to Feb 2022 we ended up having an issue with our gutters, Ronnie came out and inspected my roof and the gutters and we ended up replacing both our gutters and roof! Both of them are extremely thorough and took the time to explain to me what they were going to replace. In addition their pricing can't be beat! Their crew were quick, and did a beautiful job.
