I used Paolino Roofing and dealt with Robert Paolino for the entire experience. Right from the beginning he was honest and straight forward about the job. He gave me great, professional advice and stuck true to his word. He helped us deal with the ins. company as this was an Insurance claim. The job was completed on a timely matter, the roofs came out fantastic and the cleanup was great. His workers were courteous, and worked hard at their job. Working with Rob was great. The other companies wanted to simply replace the entire roof without even pinpointing where the leak was coming from. Rob took the time, over a few rainstorms, to identify exactly where the water was getting in and able to put a stop to it without a roof replacement. Rob and his crew are the absolute best. I had a roofing company come and install a roof. Less than 6 months later it leaked and they couldn't find the problem after 3 different visits. Rob comes and in 5 minutes saw the problem. Replaced the roof and did it the CORRECT way. Going on 2 years Now and I have a leak and worry free roof. Paolino Roofing did a fantastic job on my home’s roof. Owner helped me find an expert to fix previously damaged chimney. Then his team swooped in, replaced my entire roof, got my yard cleaned up and was gone before dinner! We had a severe rainstorm the following week.
