2/16/21-So not even 3 years after installation of gutters, my front gutters came completely down! Needless to say I have to spend money to have all of my gutters replaced. Not happy about this!How thoughtful of you to not charge me for repairing gutters that came down because of a minor “storm” one year after installation. Had I known that I could have been charged for repairs in the first place I might have shopped around a little for a better warranty. Additionally, my leaf guards were put in incorrectly and it caused a leak inside my house, after only a few months after the initial installation which I did notify your representative, but I’m guessing you, the owner, were probably never even told about that issue.2/11/20: Workers showed up and put on new gutter that partially came down.Update: On December 9th, my gutters that were installed partially came down. I immediately contacted their representative and was told that someone would be out to take a look at it, no one came out. I followed up a few weeks later and was told it needed to be scheduled and would get back to me. I never heard from anyone. After the holidays I attempted to see where I was at on the schedule, but was told that they were busy with other projects and would get me on the schedule soon. It has now been almost 2 months and still no contact from the companyVillwell builders did a great job with our house. We had a new front door, storm door, windows, small roof and gutters done. Very professional from beginning to end. We look forward to working with them in the future on any other projects we need done.

I was devastated months after purchasing my home when the terrible vinyl siding Job started to fall apart during our first bad winter storm. We recently had our house sided by Villwell Builders. I was originally dreading the prospect of the entire process, but Villwell made it so easy. The siding was meticulously installed and it looks like a new house. In addition, they completed the project quickly, paid attention to every detail and cleaned up at the end of each day. I do have to mention the project manager’s accommodating and patient attitude. I struggled deciding on a color and made a large project change after they started but he handled my requests with ease. We would highly recommend Villwell to anyone interested in using their services!

Villwell just did my siding, gutters, and replaced my back deck. They did an awesome job. The project manager kept me updated everyday and always made sure I knew what they were working on. The worked quickly and efficiently. The siding came out beautifully - it’s like looking at a brand new house! It was also very reasonably priced and Amanda the front desk clerk made getting financing very easy.

Very unprofessional in terms of responsiveness and quoting. Gentleman who showed up for the estimate was very nice however I was very straight forward in my budget and what would be attained within that budget. Quote ended up being thousands more than what was discussed in person. After attempting to negotiate after they were extremely unresponsive and left me out to dry with the project. Would not recommend wasting your time. Another company came in and did a great job and stayed well within my budget.

This was my first insurance claim and I reached out to Villwell because I had seen their work before. A quick google search and the magic started. They did not disappoint. Working with Mark From Villwell was an amazing experience, very helpful, understanding and stepped up to the insurance company to make sure the work got done correctly. Mark from the team at Villwell was a pleasure to work with. We discovered an unfortunate build up of mold due to poorly done window flashing in our bathroom and he was super fast to work with our insurance and get a crew in to get rid of the mold! They then came in and repaired the damage, replaced the drywall and put everything back together! You can't even tell we had a problem at all! He was attentive to our needs and we are thrilled with the outcome. I definitely recommend this team for your next contracting home repair need!

They just finished the siding of my house which included replacing my front and back doors and storm doors. I was kept informed of when the project was going to start all the way through the end. Orlando and Lewis were great. Arrived on time everyday and were so quiet the neighbors said they didn’t even know that they were there. Read the review thoroughly.So I contacted Villewell Builders after researching many different contractors and handyman services and finding out so many of services were so unreliable.So many so called contractors/handyman just never picked up the phone, voice-mail nonexistent or getting back to me a week later, very unprofessional. I understand they get very busy but it takes little time to get back to someone call or text, there's no excuse.Mark came out the following week and before the said time frame, good sign.He assessed the job and was very quick but informative.The job was to have the railings, stair railings replaced with vinyl ones and wrap the existing posts in vinyl as well. I was the middleman in this whole operation as the job was for my mother-in-law.Shortly after our meeting the emails came quick for the contract on the job, very well detailed contract and easy to fill out online.The downside to all this was the lack of communication afterwards. About a week and a half passed by with radio silence both from Mark and the office.I reached out to the office and when I inquired about the status it almost sounded like I was wasting their time. I was informed Mark would reach out, which he did the following day.Unfortunately I had to keep on top of contacting Mark week after week as I was told the job "should be next week" for about 2 and a half weeks.I eventually just messaged him to be direct with me and to keep open communication because the lack of it was aggrevating to both myself and mother-in-law. To his credit Mark kept his word and kept me up-to-date and informed me it would be done by the end of the week.Long story short-ish, Villewell Builders did an amazing job. They worked quickly and efficiently and the quality of their work is top tier. They gave recommendations, adjustments and acted accordingly, it was a great experience for my mother-in-law and so so for me only because of the communication.5 star work 3 star customer service, again they did better but only after I asked.Service: Deck remodeling

They completed the work in 1 day and cleaned everything after even though the shortened daylight required them to use flashlights. Villwell gutted my kitchen and installed granite counter tops, cabinets, backsplash, ceiling fan,, recessed lighting and a custom beautiful border along the top of the cabinets. The work was completed on time and is absolutely beautiful. The work that was performed was efficient, clean and most importantly they were always on time. I really enjoyed working with this team and absolutely love my kitchen.

I can not begin to tell you how incredible my experience was. I had new siding put on my home. From the very beginning when I first received my quote and sat down with Brian to go over the details- to getting everything scheduled and starting the project- I was beyond impressed. Orlando and Louis were ama I got! Not only was I impressed with their workmanship- I was particularly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Every morning they were on time and worked all day- in the heat- and never cut corners just to get things done. I truly appreciated everything they did- even the immaculate way they cleaned at the end of each day! I was so pleased with the finished product! I highly recommend VillWell!!!

I have waited awhile to post because I was not satisfied with the work done on my home . I bought my house in Feb, it needed some work done such as bathroom remodeling, front stairs and a few other things . I thought the contractor did an horrible job ,I know its not the businesses fault but since they have found out that I am experiencing some issues especially with my front stairs they have mad an effort to fix whatever needs to be get fix. On Wed they will be here to take a look at the stairs . Im so happy and grateful that they are willing to help and not brush this under the rug . Process of getting a quote to do our roof couldn't have been easier (wasn't even home!) and their price was lower or right in line with competition.Clear communication at every stage of the construction, project was completed on time and the entire team was friendly & professional. Can't think of a single complaint from our experience.They even made the drive all the way from Waterbury to our home in Greenwich to address some questions & concerns we had AFTER the roof was done. That's great service!
