100% Recommend!I am always convinced that a contractor is going to try to pull a fast one. Adam and his crew proved me wrong. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up thoroughly, and finished the job as designed. As a bonus, they put up with all of my questions along the way.Maynard was the 2nd lowest quote that I got (he actually came to my house!….on a Sunday!)Maynard’s quote listed prices of additional materials that might be needed depending on what was found when the existing roof was removed as an addition to the quoted price, just like the other quotes. I noticed his prices for those materials were substantially less than the other quotes. I knew my roof was going to require some wood replacement. I figured even though his quote was slightly higher, I might break even with the materials.It turns out most of my plywood was dry-rotted (I saw it with my own eyes).Bottom line: Maynard’s quote ended up being $4k lower than the lowest quote would have been.I will tell everyone about Maynard!
