CRS replaced the roof, gutters, and siding at our home with a package deal (best pricing among our multiple quotes for the job). The entire team did an outstanding and efficient job. Ryan and Mark are excellent with communication and their attention to detail was exceptional. No stone was left untouched in the preparation, including asking us about removing old phone wires/box, color samples, attic ventilation, and even our preference on what side of the driveway to put the dumpster. During the job, Mark was on-site every day to supervise his team and provide us with updates. They even took the time to paint some outlets, conduits, etc. to match the new siding color as well as installing new outdoor light fixtures we provided. The team always cleaned up each day and did a great job at making sure no nails or other debris was left in the yard. The roof was completed in one day and the siding/gutters not long after. My wife and I highly recommend using CRS!

I really liked the report with photos of what needed repaired. A full report with photos was provided during and after work was complete as well. I am very happy with the new roof and recommend CRS. Mark and Ryan were very helpful answering all of my questions about the job. They provided several sample boards and referred me to local houses with the particular roof colors that I wanted to see.The crew came out and worked hard during the installation and also cleaned up the yard after the job was done. The job that CRS did for us was relatively small — fixing a gutter and replacing some missing hip tiles on our roof — but we were really happy with their work. It’s important to see how a contractor works with you on a small project because the incentive to invest effort in the customer experience is much less. Ryan and Mark were terrific, though: for both times that they came to our house they were exactly on time, they offered useful advice on how to maintain our roof and gutters (even though another company had installed them), and were very easy to communicate with by phone and text. As I spoke with them, I really wish I had chosen them when I replaced the roof a few years ago.

CRS provided prompt and targeted intervention in controlling a serious roof/skylight leak that caused damage to the ceiling of a residence. CRS then provided a number of options for replacement of roof sections and skylights to restore the integrity of the roof, including an extended warranty. The workmanship was top quality, workers were skilled in skylight installation, shrubs and lawn were protected, and all work areas were left completely clean of debris. Communication by management was timely and accurate throughout the process.

Highly recommend CRS. I had a leak in my home and needed a relatively quick fix. CT Roofing Solutions was able to come immediately and found issues with my roof and some flashing. They replaced my roof and fixed several areas where flashing was installed incorrectly and where trim had disintegrated over time in my very old West Hartford house. Communication was excellent. After the most recent wind and rain, we had a moderately large leak appear on our ceiling. With the leak near a skylight, I feared the worst. Ryan was out a few hours later on the roof, and quickly stated he thought we had at least five years of roof life left. He suggested the culprit was likely a few loose shingles with nail heads underneath them, and caulked and re-sealed to take care of the issue. He was very transparent about it not being 100% likely to work - but wanting to try the simplest, cheapest solution before tackling something more complex. Seeing the leak sent me spiraling with a bad day - Ryan's attitude and helpfulness really changed the day. Would highly recommend these folks, and while I hope not to need them for awhile, will definitely be the first call I make if I do need further roofing help.

I contacted Connecticut Roofing Solutions due to a leak in my roof. Ryan was very responsive with excellent communication skills throughout the entire process. I believe the quote was fair for the work that was completed to fix my front downslope. Mark was the point guy for the onsite management. He also communicated well for scheduling the work and what to expect. I left for work, came home, and job was done. Excellent clean up of my property. Plan to hire them next year for the remainder of the roof.

We had a very good experience with CRS to re-roof our home (working mostly with Ryan). He was very professional and responsive, both initially in the process but also throughout, and all the way to the end. We were very happy with the final product, timeline, and the fact that they honored the original budget/estimate. When we were deciding whether or not to use our home insurance policy, CRS shared their experiences but never pushed one way or the other. We did end up using our insurance, and CRS worked well with them to make sure everything was taken care of properly, advocating for us in the process. When a couple of unexpected things came up during the project, CRS was very willing to find the best possible solution for us. My experience working with CRS was wonderful. I had assumed that my leaky roof just needed a quick repair, but it turns out it had degraded to the point that it was verging on collapse. I did my due diligence and had several roofing contractors come out to look at the job and give me estimates. CRS not only gave me the lowest estimate, but I also got the gut-feeling that they would deliver a high quality product with excellent customer service. Ryan, Mark, and their team definitely delivered. Their crew arrived bright and early in the morning and worked tirelessly throughout the day, staying until the work was completed at 8pm.About a week later I had some insulation contractors come to my home, and they made note that the ventilation in our attic was not sufficient. I reached back out to Ryan with my concerns and he was very responsive. A few days later Mark and his crew were back to add some new ventilation fans, which I was (thankfully!) not charged extra for.
