Louis, Danny, Howie, and Jason were all friendly, professional, and respectful during the quote, consultation, and installation phases. These guys are fast, efficient, and do great work. We replaced our original 1964 windows with the EcoShield 2200 series double paned and instantly noticed a difference, running the heat lower and less frequently during this cold wintry week. The two man crew of Howie and Jason had 12 windows installed within 7 hours and our place looked like nothing had happened--other than the new windows, of course! I would highly recommend Finestra to anyone in need of new windows.

Just had Finestra install 14 windows and a slider to my deck. The process from start to finish was top notch. Danny, the owner came out and took measurements. Louis provided the estimate and set up theinstall. Howie, Jason, and Nico arrived on time and completed the install in 1 1/2 days. They were meticulous, detailed, and respectful to clean up all the debris inside and out.There are a lot of big window companies out there. Most are ridiculously expensive. Finestra is a local small buisiness withquality products, excellent service, at a very reasonable price.Make your replacement window service search easy and just go with Finestra Windows!

Finestra Windows is a great company and I couldn't be more pleased with the communication and installation of the work they performed on my colonial home in Hartford. I had original single pane windows and was looking for new windows to improve insulation and the look of my home. Danny was always available to talk and visited home to give me accurate information and a quick quote. He wasn't pushy or presented a long presentation like most other window companies. The team of installers were prompt and efficient! They knew exactly what to do and reviewed all the work. Finestra windows always followed up throughout the entire process and Danny ensured the job was completed with 100% satisfaction. I would highly recommend Finestra windows to anyone looking for quality windows, great installation, and affordable prices!!

I’ve worked with Finestra windows a few times, always impressed with how quickly they respond and how easy it is to work with them. Last time we had them install 10 windows, they were fast and efficient. I always have gotten the mid grade window they have obviously there not as great quality as a $800 or $1000 window ( that’s just common sense) but they do the job, no leaks, quality soundproofing, much warmer then the windows I have replaced. Would highly recommend them to get your windows and or install.

I saw the ad on Facebook, being a new investor in real estate I shopped around from many window companies. I got many prices from 600-1500 a window. These guys changed 11 windows for a great price. If you are an investor or are doing renovations and have a tight budget I highly recommend them. They are also don’t do any hard selling so you can be comfortable knowing you can kindly decline service. They changed 11 windows in about 4 hours my tenants are happy they got new windows and I am happy I was able to provide new windows within my budget. Will 100 percent be doing more business with them.Jacil

I wanted to share my experience with Finestra Windows. I typically don't leave reviews often, but to this day, purchasing windows from Finestra has probably been one of my favorite investments when it comes to my list of home renovations and I've done a lot! If you're like me and needed windows replaced, we all know this is probably one of the most expensive renovations you could do. I shopped around quite a bit with some of the more bigger mainstream window installers and they wanted to charge me an outrageous price for windows. Additionally, the initial visits to my home from these bigger companies were nightmares. Pushy sales tactics and just felt like it was pulling teeth just to get the salesman to leave my home. Finestra came out and measured my windows and simply stated that I would be contacted within a few days for pricing. It was fairly priced and I decided to move forward with replacing my entire house as well as my detached garage for a total of 25 windows. I was given an installation date and they arrived exactly as stated. They completed the entire installation in one day and left my home clean just like they found it. It's actually been over a year now and I'm still super happy with these windows. I've noticed a huge difference in efficiency within my home when it comes to maintaining temperatures through the winter and the summer. Great company overall. My new 15 windows were installed yesterday. From the first phone call with Windsor (goes by Louis in the shop), then my meeting with Danny who did the measuring, then to the men who did the install, it was awesome! Very nice guys and very efficient and professional. I had to leave the house for a bit. When I returned, everything was in its place and it looked like nothing had taken place. I began in August getting quotes from various contractors. I came across Finestra and I’m glad I did. I love my new windows and would highly recommend Finestra!

We were very happy with Finestra’s quote compared to some larger name brand window companies that I won’t mention here… but less than half the price! Windows took a couple months to be made and I was impressed with how quickly they were able to replace our windows! Less than a day in our ranch. The windows seem to be great quality and on par with the windows other companies have tried to sell us for much more. Big upgrade from our 50 year old single pane windows, it’s now nice and toasty in the house. Finestra is great! Great prices, beautiful windows, meticulous installation. The install of our replacement windows took one day. It wasn’t the easiest install since one of our old picture windows was heavy and harder to reach. The install team took a lot of pride in their work. They did extra work patching molding and making sure the windows were sparkling clean. The whole gang is positive, professional, and knowledgeable. I recently purchased windows for my wifes She Shed. After researching replacement windows near me in New Jersey I couldn't find a comparable window for an equal price. I purchased 12 windows in three differnt sizes. Wynter walked me through the process expertly. When I was coming to purchase them and pick them up I had to fight with traffic. Both Wynter and Louis assured me that they knew I was travelling pretty far and tgey assured me they would wait if I was delayed. In the corporate world today this much appreciated. I will whole heartedly endorce Finestra windows on their product quality and their professional mannersThis is how business should be quality people and quality product.

The most honest and straight forward small business owner I have ever encountered. told me all the pros and cons of the windows i am buying. gave me a good deal. Al windows i bought from him fitted well. it was easy to install. i saved some money by installing myself. much better than big box home improvement stores. I highly recommend his business.

Bait and switch. Do not do any work with this company. There is a serious communication deficit in this office. Paid the deposit over a week ago, spoke with Louis 2 days prior to installation, everything was ok. Got a call this morning (less than 24 hours of speaking to them) for them to now realize less than 24 hours before a job is to start they don’t have the windows in stock and it will take over a month to get said windows.I’m not sure how this business operates but there is a serious lack of internal communication, professionalism and business ethic.If you move forward with them make sure you cross your T’s and dot your I’s because they won’t. Just a lot of finger pointing. What a disappointment.UPDATE:I’m happy you are able to respond here as when I asked to speak to someone above Louis, it was not an option. Please note my refund was not offered, I requested it. No company is perfect it’s Covid and there is a shortage of supply. What I am highlighting is this was the third instance in where the ball was dropped. Sadly, no remedy was offered outside of my waiting while you hold my money for over a month. As a consumer, I should not have the bite bullet because a mistake happened. Hopefully you will use this feedback and modify your customer service moving forward.

I had my windows installed in November 2013, i have been meaning to write a review for awhile now but have been lazy.I have a 14 window house, i requested a quote from 3 companies. Window World sent out a sales rep with some fancy window samples and demonstrations, same with a local company i also received a quote from. When i called Finestra the owner himself came out for the quote. When you call Finestra you either get the owner or one of the installers who answers the phone. Initially this put me off a bit but i soon realized this is a good thing.Dannys quote was the lowest, he gave me some literature on the windows and explained how the install would go. His quote was a lot lower then the other 2 companies which also made me think i was sacrificing product quality and/or installation quality. I was wrong.I did a TON of research on the windows. The windows used in my house were Eco-Shield windows, built in America (i want to say in PA but i could be wrong) they received some great reviews on the forums, build quality and u-value specs were all on par with the much more expensive Andersen and other name brand windows. Check them out.I did research on Finestra, he had some good reviews online and Danny mentioned he had done a few of my neighbors houses so i asked them and they all said they were happy. Danny has a youtube channel if you want to check it out.What i noticed as i went along was the reason the other 2 companies quotes was higher was not a better quality product or install... it was all of the overhead! Both companies had secretaries, had a full time (commissioned) sales rep, had a ton of advertising, had big retail store locations and show rooms ALL of that gets factored into your install.After probably sending Danny 50+ emails asking a ton of questions and verifying everything i decided to pull the trigger. I am really glad i did. The installers came over (just 2 guys for my install) both had been professional installers for years, one mentioned he worked for Window World awhile back. The guys were good the install was done from the inside, they didnt damage any of the trim peices when removing them. I opted for the aluminum flashing around the windows, all of that came out great, no big seams and it was caulked well.Overall I am VERY pleased i went with Danny and have recommended him to a few friends doing installs. At the very least get a quote from him, do your research on the windows and the install and realize higher price doesnt necessarily mean better quality.

Thanks to Craigslist I found this window company who were professional, affordable, fast and clean up after themselves.... They were in at 9 and finish by 4:30.... The quality of the windows were so impressive that I shared their phone number with Friends and family.
