Their crew was prompt and polite, working through less than ideal weather conditions, to finish the job ahead of schedule. We are writing this review to tell you about our experience with J.T. Burke & Sons. We hired them to install vinyl siding and gutters. It took a few weeks. It came out better than we ever could of imagined. It looks like a new house. John, Orlando and his crew were very polite and professional. We had asked for something a little out of the norm, but John went outside of his normal supplier to find us exactly what we wanted. He made sure we were happy along the whole process. His Foreman, Orlando and his crew were awesome. They cleaned up every day, after working a 12 hour day, 6 days a week, in one of the hottest months ever recorded. Both John and Orlando are all about Attention to detail and customer service. It doesn't get any better than them. Even when we pointed out something that we didn't care for or wanted changed, they were very accommodating. We have dealt with other contractors before and they could definitely learn a few things from JT Burke & Sons. We posted a before , during and after photos. What a difference! We just wanted to give you all a big thanks for everything. And "Orlando" you are a true artist and are a master of your trade. On March 1st I had my roof replaced by people who were very professional. I also had three skylights that needed to be replaced. The roof was completed and the outside part of the skylights done that day. Everything was cleaned up to the point you would not know anything had been done if not for the dumpster that remained. On Monday, they came back to do the interior on the skylights. I could not have been more pleased with how they turned out. They went from old and plain looking to amazing with beautiful trim.The men who did the work obviously take great pride in their work and it shows. They went so far as removing their shoes while in the house which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company.

Their workers are artisans! I chose J.T. Burke & Sons as I had seen some of their other work in the neighborhood. We could not be more happy with the results. The entire process working with the family from Shawn providing advice to John working the project management made the choice easy. The clarity of communication as we worked through identified issues eased the stress of this large project. Manny and his brothers took care stripping all aged siding off of my house, finding and fixing the issues underneath, replacing some windows, sealing every nook and cranny, and finally making it look fantastic. All of this resulted in us adding on the roof and gutters to the project which was necessary due to poor craftsmanship on the prior install of gutters which induced the rot that the siding team had to rework. While painful to imagine, Shawn and John stepped up with their team again to get the roof and gutters done quickly. Price wise you get what you pay for…excellent workmanship and a rock solid warranty from a great team. Not the highest or lowest price, for me it was the best price to get the job done exactly how we wanted it done…Once! Our thanks to the whole crew that worked tirelessly and cared about us and our forever home.

Excellent job! This was not a small job. 4 layers to remove at least 70% wood placement and we found that the roof over my three season was basically false and needed to be removed. Prompt and courteous. Owners were responsive when I had concerns. Even with the extra work they didn't change the price. Two day to do the roof and 1 day for the gutters! Everything about our experience with JT Burke & Sons was wonderful. John had great communication, thoroughly explained any issues or changes that were needed, and was able to work around my needs when I wasn't feeling well, while still getting the entire job done in less than two full days. The crew was professional, thorough, and easy to work with and I was especially impressed with the care they took to move the patio items that were in the way, and replaced them again with care upon completion. I was a little worried that I'd find stray nails or bits of old roofing after they finished, but they cleaned the area so thoroughly, aside from the beautiful new roof, you'd never know they'd been here. They cleaned up so nicely and thoroughly, I was really impressed at the end of the first day. The roof looks wonderful, the crew was great, John was great to work with and all around this was an A+ experience for us.

We just recently had our roof replaced because it was leaking in 2 different areas. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to re shingle my roof. We have 47 Solar panels on it and his crew was able to carefully remove them and re-install them for us. His crew was able to remove 2 layers of shingles, fix areas if the roof that were leaking and put new shingles back on in one day! We were so impressed. They have an extremely hard working crew. The clean up was amazing! I think we maybe found 2 nails in the whole yard! Hats off to your hard working crew! The next day the solar crew came back to re- install my solar panels and they started working perfectly. Thank you so much for making our house perfect again.

I hired JT Burke &Sons to replace the vinyl siding and gutters on my home. The employees were detail oriented, professional, cleaned up each day and were hard working in the heat of the summer. When the gutter guards were not performing as well as I liked, they responded immediately and came back to remedy the situation. I was so pleased with their customer service, I hired them the following year to replace three large picture windows. Wow, the service was impeccable. JT Burke and sons did a very nice job with replacing my roof. I had multiple layers of asphalt shingles as well as the original wooden shingles, so it was a total tear down and rebuild from the plywood up. The end result looks great, they made sure to address any of my concerns.
