I have hired Stephen to renovate both a master bathroom and kitchen. Stephen has many high quality trades people to bring to any job you have around your home. I cannot say enough to describe what a pleasure it is to work with Stephen and Jean, one of his tradesman. Stephen is very personable, always arrives on time, finishes a job when he says he will, is easy to reach and responds quickly to all your questions. He clearly explains the stages of work that are needed and keeps a very close eye on all the jobs while they being done. He will always offer suggestions, making sure a job is done correctly, leaving no messes, unfinished tasks or loose ends behind. Because I had worked with Stephen in the past and knew what a high integrity businessman he is, I had no problem trusting him to complete my kitchen renovation job all while I was out-of-state. We called Steve about a leaky toilet in our 90-year-old tiled bathroom. Mitigation involved going through the kitchen ceiling, a job our regular plumber would not handle. Steve found the best men to open the ceiling, fix the problem, and repair the ceiling at a reasonable cost and with the least amount of inconvenience to us. We have appreciated the many jobs Steve has done for us over the years.

I've known Stephen for a number of years. He's done many projects for me including electrical and plumbing. Recently he and his crew have completed a major project getting my house ready for sale. Over the years I have used several different contractors/handymen in the West Hartford area but McNallys is definitely the best experience I have had. They did some renovations to my garage (new interior walls and paint) and it was very well done and at a very fair price. Communication was great every step of the way. The total cost actually ended up being less than the estimated cost. Honesty like that is not something you always get with contractors. I will definitely be using McNallys again for future home improvement projects.

My mother and I have been using Stephen and his crew for many, many years. I went to School with Stephen and have known him since we were both in the seventh grade attending Watkinson School. Stephen and his crew of very professional workers, have helped me, and my mother especially, keep the house in tact. Prior to my mother moving into her apartment, she had Stephen make many changes to the house. For example, updating doors, painting, replacing the roof, among many other things. Since I live in Boston, I have always felt comfortable knowing Stephen and his team will take care of my mothers home when Im not able to come home for various projects. Steve is very professional and accessible. Steve and his crew have done numerous projects and improvements to our home. Two examples are: Updating and installing two new closets on our second floor. McNally's is always there for us! Even if it's Christmas Day night and our foyer ceiling is leaking, or our pipes have frozen on a freezing cold day, or we have ice dams, or we just bought a new house only to discover neither our cars don't fit in the garage, or "All of the Above"!
