This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company, period. My husband and I had to have our master bathroom redone due to water damage, and our insurance recommended this company to do the restoration. Not only did this process take 3 months to even start, but two months to finish, and now going on 3 months of going back and forth on pricing.Our "project manager" Kevin, not only did not keep us informed throughout this project, but he did not keep it on schedule, or within budget. Two weeks before our bathroom was finished we were told that we were well within budget and asked if there was any other additions since we had extra money from insurance, we declined since we were happy with how the project was looking. Two weeks after it was finished, we were sent a $2,000 bill, and when we asked how this happened since just a few weeks ago we were told we had extra money, we were told that our project manager "has many projects to work on and cant possibly keep track of the exact cost of each add on for every project" ???? that is your job?????So after being left on read by Kevin for THREE WEEKS, we find out that he didn't submit the correct information to our insurance, so he went back and asked them for more money. Now that the additional insurance check has come in and we are excited to finally put this all behind us, we are being told that our deposit for services doesn't count towards our total. This company is poorly ran, mismanaged, and in my opinion, a scam. I will never recommend anyone to this company, this whole experience has caused nothing but stress and confusion.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I was forced to use this company through my insurance company after water destroyed my house. They change their story, are awful communicators and basically don’t communicate unless you force them to, take forever, are shady and now have left my house, including kids toys COVERED in dust since they chose to use no containment until I said something. Project manager Nate chose not to respond after I called him out on his shady business and his ever changing stories.I used a different restoration company prior to my insurance making me change and their business and work was night and day compared to this hack job. I hope safeco takes them off of the preferred vendor list.IN RESPONSE TO THE INACCURATE RESPONSE FROM THR OWNER:My house was not covered in dust when this company arrived. I pulled my laptop out of my work bag the morning their company did work. I have pictures and videos showing dust covering my laptop as well as other items that were purchased between the first company that did work and this hack job company. So the dust is from Paul Davis who put up no containment. Also, it took over a week for you to submit the asbestos estimate when the prior company had an estimate in a day. Work did not begin until April 30th after a no call no show on April 29th when I had to reach out to figure out what was going on since work was supposed to begin on April 29th.I could post screenshots of the text messages between myself and the “project manager” Nate evidencing the continued changed stories and how I had to constantly reach out to move things along. Paul Davis was absolutely clueless.Furthermore, I was forced to sign the documents/COC by two employees who just kept saying “just sign here” when I was trying to figure out what I was trying to sign. The two employees who were also clearly annoyed when I got mad about my house filling with a cloud of dust and covering everything with dust. I had no choice but to sign.

Paul Davis was recommended by my Nationwide Agent. They called me the same day my claim was filed and began the process the very next day. Tom accessed the damage and explained everything that was going to happen and how long it would take. He understood the calamity I had been through speaking to me with respect and compassion. The very next day Tom accompanied a crew came out and they immediately began working. They methodically went through all the damage and did exactly what we had been told. They cleaned up the water, took all the sheetrock, insulation, and debris out leaving everything very tidy. I have equipment in my home to minimize any further damage. The equipment itself is well maintained and will be running for a few days. Up to this point, they have been amazing. I would definitely recommend their services. No muss no fuss.

Jamie and Ray came out to clean our house after it was damaged and they did an amazing job! The last time it looked this nice in the rooms where they cleaned was when we bought the house! Mike has been terrific to work with and I found the entire staff to be professional, even working around my stay at home work hours. Having to spend way too much time at home, I am enjoying and appreciating even more how nice the house looks.

Paul Davis came to do a repair after another company did the mitigation after our dishwasher leaked. They went above and beyond to complete the project in a efficient time frame and precision. Getting the repairs done after my small water damage has taken months. I always have to contact this company to get any work done and it's done in small bits and pieces over so many months. Recently the bathroom vanity, I sent the link to one and said it was a style I liked but did not know if it was too big for my small bathroom, and there was no response, it was just ordered and it doesn't fit. I am not a contractor, that's what this company is for, to make sure things will fit before ordering them. So far, several months have gone by and there are still several unfinished tasks. I would not recommend them for repair work if you want a contractor who is on top of their work.

Loved this location! I had a pipe burst in my finished basement on a Saturday of all days😒. Nevertheless, I had an amazing experience with Maria, she answered all my questions, was very polite and was able to arrange an appointment the same day! I would not even rate them a one star. I am very disappointed in the service I received. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am a practice manager at a medical office we had a emergency flooding and reached out to Paul Davis to utilize there services. When questioned up front what the fees would be I was told I would only be charged for Water extraction from hard surface floor - Cat 3 water and for Applying anti-microbial agent to the floor Only to receive a invoice months later incident happened around 7/2021 it is now 1/2022 to receive a bill that is over $3,000. When I called to discuss bill Manager and office staff were very disrespectful and rude. I do not recommended them to any business or home owner. I am a customer who is paying for services I have every right to question a bill especially when billed months later. To then have a manger raise there voice and be disrespectful is so unprofessional. When finally getting to speak with the individual that did the job I was informed that there is a standard fee across CT, that they charge per square foot and that is why its so expensive but yet when asked up front was not informed of any of this. So workers were only there for no more then two hours and I have over a $3,000 bill "Because that's standard" its not per hour but yet no one could tell me up front. Please Please read reviews. Unprofessional management, sloppy paperwork. These guys disappeared for five weeks, when I finally reached out to them they said that I didn't sign Work Authorization paperwork and they "never heard from me". Unbelievable! They never sent any paperwork, and the last time we had spoke I instructed them to submit their estimate to the insurance company and they never did a single thing! When I asked them to send the paperwork so I could review it, they said they were too busy now and to find someone else.They are also very sloppy with their paperwork, they used the wrong pricing list, missed closets, took inaccurate measurements, and their work was riddled with misspellings. When I pointed these things out, they tried to act surprised and double-talk their way out of redoing it.Amateur hour, stay away!

A bunch of liars. I was told just waiting on permit to start work. Found out that the permit was never pulled 2 weeks later. Totally unprofessional, good luck getting a call back from them. Cant even leave a voice message because they don't empty the mailbox. Total waste of my time.
