Carlos and his team were a pleasure to work with. I have worked quite a few contractors over the years and Carlos was by the far the best to work with. We had a 425 sq ft deck that was in rough shape and needed to be rebuilt. Carlos was great to work with even. We experienced some minor obstacles during the permitting process due to the town but Carlos was quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had. His team worked extremely hard during the recent weather. I will definitely keep Carlos in mind for our next project.

Since purchasing our home a little less than two years ago we have had multiple contractors from different trades working on a variety of big ticket projects. I can honestly say that Carlos and his team were by far the most professional, responsive, and knowledgeable contractor we have worked with. After doing the customary search for a company to replace my worn-out desks I am glad that I came across C&H Restoration. Before I had agreed to their estimate, I reached out to a few more companies. One never returned my call. Another was very pricey, and others claimed they would not be able to fit me into their schedule. This all worked out very well for me because not only was I impressed with the C&H Restoration mobile showroom, but their level of craftsmanship is second to none. I had entertained the thought of redoing my deck on my own but after seeing the finish product that Carlos and his team put together, there is no way that I could have come close to what they have done. I am very happy with the level of service and now have firsthand knowledge of why they have such a high rating of reviews. I look forward to working with them on my next project.

Carlos has a wonderful hard-working crew of Daniel, Pancho and Nemiso are first rate in many ways. They provided excellent craftmanship when installing decking, railing and trim on our porch. Polite, punctual, honest, reasonable and meticulous attention to details: such as time spent preparing the job site and cleaning up after a 11-hour work day. Not one scrap or lost nail could be found on the site after they did the final sweep. Great experience from start to finish with Carlos and his crew. He stopped by regularly throughout the entire job to make sure everything was going to plan, and that we were satisfied with the work being done. Having an older home we are used to contractors running into unplanned, minor issues when performing work. The few minor issues that Carlos ran into were immediately discussed with us in detail at which time we were given different options and suggestions on how to take care of them. Each minor issue was easily taken care of by Carlos. His goal through the process was to make sure we were satisfied with the work that he and his crew were hired to complete and we were!
