I hate giving bad reviews, Tamay came out from Choice Home Warranty for a service call in my multiple leaks from gaskets and valve on my furnace. He took pictures and videos and the 85$ service fee and said they would submit to Choice Home Warranty. Weeks, not one returned call or message on updates I've been asking for. I still have a leaking valve and gaskets on the furnace. Can't wait. Choice Home Warranty said they are assigning another technician. Take my money and run. I'd understand if Tamay called back and gave legitimate reasons, but nothing. I'd change the review if they came and fixed the problems or gave back the $85 fee for service not received. I don't think that will happen. Have a wonderful day
