Let me just prefix this by saying we’ve had a few bad experiences working with contractors in the past. We had our porch done recently by a separate contractor, and dealing with that company was a nightmare. Material left out, never showing up to the job on the day they said, shoddy work ect….. however, THIS was the opposite of that experience. We needed a cement slab poured. First off They were able to work the job right away basically, they were there when they said they would be there, on time. They worked quickly, and cleaned up the job and materials once it was completed. The slab once it was finished came out better than I had expected. Also the main contractor running the job was very communicative. So all in all I would 100% call them back. By far one of the better contractors we’ve worked with over the years.

Recently had C&B replace a kitchen vent, insulation and drywall after a leak. They also previously gutted/renovated a walk-in closet for me. Quotes are fair and David is very responsive and easy to work with. I always keep them in mind when I have a project.

We had all the subfloors in our home replaced and working with David was great . From quote to work everything was done in a timely manner and with respect for our schedule with managing tenants. We needed to replace a patch of our living room ceiling due to damage from a water leak upstairs. We contacted C&B, who responded and quoted us a price quickly. The price was fair for a multi-day job, they got it done within a week, and they even helped us repaint the ceiling. Very professional, courteous, and trustworthy. We'd strongly recommend!

A soft wall due to an improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grew moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discussed the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of the processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication.Service: General construction

I found them on Google, they haven’t completed any work for us just yet but they have been very professional and patient when scheduling a time to come out. David came out to provide a quote, he followed through with an email and call. I will absolutely be using them when we are ready to Renovate our bathroom.David was helpful in asking what else was needed etc. they seem to cover a lot of ground for maintenance etc. I’d recommend.

After doing some demo in an upstairs bathroom we noticed some water damage. I called Cleaners & Builders and within minutes David got in touch with me. He was very professional and was able to come out the next day. Upon looking at the damage he made a few suggestions that would help save me some much needed money. I am taking his advice and if I was to do business with David again I would not hesitate to do so. Thank you for the honest suggestions David!Edit: We just completed our business with Cleaners and builders. Roof damage, framing, and subfloor for an upstairs bathroom. David, Luis, and the rest of the team are nothing but proffesional. The permits were pulled, the work was done quickly, and inspections were passed with flying colors. We are so happy knowing the job was done properly and timely. We would absolutely do business with Cleaners and Builders again.

David was very professional when discussion the paint I needed to have completed on my walls. I had a difficult time matching the paint with just a chip to use however after discussing the issues I had with the paint match, David provided several options. We decided on what would work best. David did such a phenomenal job with all the rooms and bathroom. He removed all the fixtures to ensure the paint was neat and had a clean finish. Once he completed all rooms, he returned all fixtures exactly how they were originally and did not leave a mess at all. I got several compliments about the rooms and the restroom which looked so much better after it was updated. I highly recommend David for his professionalism and dedication to ensure the utmost satisfaction to his clients. He was always available and answered all my concerns and questions in a timely manner. It’s very difficult to find trustworthy people anymore however David was very honest and trustworthy brought the entire project as well as reasonable compared to other quotes I received. 5+++ stars and highly recommend for your next job.

I can’t recommend Cleaners and Builders enough. David worked with me on scheduling our gutter cleaning on our two story home a d kept me informed when the weather would be suitable to do the work. His price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. He did an excellent job. Our gutters are completely free of leaves and other debris.

I had some outside work that needed fixing. Roof, deck, gutters. I couldn’t believe how great of a job they did. I called and they came right out explaining everything very professional and friendly. I was so pleased with there work that I had them come back to do some inside repairs such as bathroom tile, flooring and new doors installed. I also had a leak they came right out and fixed it ASAP! Our experience with this company has been great! From the time we had our initial meeting, until the final work was done. We contacted David for a price, he came to our home and took a look around and gave us a price. We had it done a few weeks later and were very pleased. David was very professional through the whole process. His crew came and marked everything very neatly and organized. He indicated the time frame oversaw his crew (a great hands on working leader) and a few hours later everything was cleaned up just as if no one was there. (I am a picky). They took before and after pictures on their phone so we can see the difference as well. I would highly recommend his Company!!!

DAVID IS AMAZING ! I have a 10 foot long closet that i tried fixing myself 3 times and it was a nightmare that wouldn’t end my clothes were all on the ground and my room was a mess ! Nobody would take the job and if they were willing to hear my story their price was astronomical. I called the cleaners and builders and David and i agreed on a fair price and picked a day for him to get started working on the closet, his flexibility was perfect for my schedule. He put the closet up extremely professional and was nice and upfront about the whole process it was extremely hard to find an honest handyman and let me tell you for now on he’s my guy ! Also as a bonus after the job was done he followed up came back to check if everything was good and also refunded me the amount from the materials that were refundable after the job was done. 10/10 in my book ! I spoke with Dave late on a Sunday afternoon. We had a crazy emergency and needed help. Our cat got stuck between floors and we couldn't get her out. Dave gave me a great price we agreed to and he was on his way. Of course 5 mins after I hung up with Dave our cat came out. I called Dave back to let him know and he was just glad she came out and was ok. Let me tell you anyone that responded so quick for a crazy emergency like this was has got my business. He had no idea what he was walking into. I will be definitely calling him this week to have him come and repair the 2 holes we put in our ceiling and give us an estimate on a new bathroom.
