I've worked with Eddie and his team on several projects and each turned out better than the one before! custom kitchen, 3 bathrooms, hardwood floors (install and refinish), railings & bannisters, patio door, drainage and crown mouldings, fireplace stonework and custom built-in cabinets. We start planning early and he is very patient to make sure I'm happy with every decision on design and finishes. He knows and understands my style. NEA is meticulous when it comes to details and keeping me informed throughout. He even added a few special lighting extras in my kitchen. My place is gorgeous. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Highly recommend.

There is great peace of mind knowing that something expensive was done correctly. NE Artisans did an extensive renovation to the main part of our house, extending the family room, which included adding foundation and a new roof. We first worked with New England Artisans and Design when we realized we needed to renovate a master bathroom shortly after a move into a 30 year old home. Eddie met with us and quickly provided alternatives, suggestions, and illustrations. It was a “give and take” process as we had ideas that we wanted included and he was first getting to know us; we wanted him to understand our style and how we wanted the room and its features to be used, and he incorporated all of that into his drawings and the budget. Given the “supply chain” challenges that existed due to the pandemic, he told us that his team wouldn’t start until all of our plumbing and tile were delivered – and that made sense. Fortunately, we had no delays and 4 months after first meeting Eddie, our project took off.At this point, Jay became the most important person in our lives. He managed the daily process and their employees — from demolition, to remediation, through the final build. We felt we had someone to talk with about changes that needed to be made or about our concerns, and finally to share our delight when major milestones were met and we saw the room taking shape and fulfilling our vision. Jay was always reachable and showed up almost daily for check-ins with his team and with us, managing both the process and our expectations. This gave us huge comfort; he’s a terrific communicator, passionate about what he does, and empathetic regarding any concerns we may have had. The team that worked on the project was respectful, hard-working, focused on detail, and they cleaned up the work site well.Towards the end of this project, we decided to resurface our 900 s.f. deck and change out the railing. We did our own research and knew which product, colors, and materials we wanted to use. Eddie and Jay brought their supplier to our home and a budget was put together and we ordered all of the material before the winter. We knew it would take a few months for the materials to arrive but, as they promised, the complete project was done in the dead of winter, stopping only for a few snow days. Again, Jay was on-site almost daily, and we greatly valued his interaction with the team and with us; we can’t imagine not doing a project of this scope without him and the team. We love the finished project and we’re so grateful that the area around the work was kept incredibly neat and clean; we never felt we were living in a “work zone.” Jay’s expertise and project management, and his great personality and warmth, made this project a “win.” We’re excited to enjoy this deck as spring, summer, and fall approach.As Jay has spent so much time at our home and we’ve had lots of time to walk around and chat, it’s become apparent that some smaller projects are needed. We expect that Jay and Eddie and their team will be here again and again!Service: Bathroom remodeling

We used New England Artisans to put two additions onto our house and update our kitchen counters and island. We're about to do a main bathroom with them, so going back for more. Their attention to detail, ability to bring my vision to life, and quality workmanship was outstanding. They never skimped on quality and when we had issues with the heat in one of our new rooms, they continued to follow up with HVAC services until it was fixed. They always had recommendations, that increased the budget, but also improved the projects beyond measure. I didn't use a designer, but they were incredibly helpful at helping me throughout the process with their expertise. I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about but I've been working with New England Artisans (owners Eddie and Jay) for the past 3 1/2 years. They've remodeled a Jack & Jill bathroom, kitchen, family room, laundry room and are currently working on my master bath and bedroom. They've also done two beautiful stone walkways to the entrance and back of my house. Their workmanship is beyond perfection. They are both detail oriented people with an eye for great design and style. Eddie and Jay are incredibly easy to work with and make what can be trying projects, smooth and relatively care free. I would not be a return customer and trust the design and character of my home if I didn't love the work they do.

New England Artisans just finished up a big job for me (whole house window replacement, custom doors, building a custom fence, and a mile long list of other jobs). Could not be happier! Amazing quality work, worthy of the Artisan name. Clean, professional, honest, and great communication throughout the process. Will 💯 use them (and only them!) for projects going forward. Can’t recommend them enough.

Horrible! I never saw such a botched up mess in all my life! I paid thru the nostrils for this and then had to pay again to get it all redone! Stay away from ypthis place if you value your home!
