Ron was awesome and really willing to help. He went above and beyond. Jacob was awesome and willing to help. It was awesome to see Paige on the fork lift. She was impressive on the fork lift. I was proud of her abilities. I was there 2 days in a row and one day I was there twice and Ron was always there to help us out...he really went out of his way. He even took his break after we left.i was so happy with the service of these guys thank you to Ron Jacob Paige and Jeff for helping and working so hardGreat job guys and gal.

Went into store to purchase a blind and needed to have it cut. I waited 15 minutes for help, finally a girl paged for someone, no answer, another 10 minutes went by, finally an assistant Mgr came by and he said he would see if he could find someone, never got back to me. I then went to service desk, lady was helpful but told me everybody in flooring called out. Nobody in store could cut a blind, I left your store and will never go back, super poor service and a true waste of my time.

This is my go-to for paint brushes, paint, sand paper, and Dremel accessories. It's a typical Home Depot, spacious and organized. They could do better ordering on the popular items because they have been out of 80-grit sandpaper and the Gorilla silicone quite often, which stinks after driving all the way over there. The parking lot is spacious, and it's also safe as there's always a cop sitting in the parking lot. Some of the staff is knowledgeable, some of the staff know nothing. We've consulted with other customers, and them with us, at times to find products when employees didn't know where stuff was or what it was we were looking for (unknowledgable for their departments). During our last visit there were 3 employees talking and blocking the end of an aisle, meanwhile I had to stand there in pain due to injuries, waiting for the woman to stop talking about nonsense and move out of the way. At this point we know where things are and usually get in and out, but some competence would be appreciated.

Home Depot is great for all my home project needs! From tools to wood, shelving and lighting.. it's great! (Especially when I want to get my other half a present or a gift card!) Great DeWalt selection too!

Jordana in customer service was super nice and helpful . Made my 2 exchanges in 2 days very easy . Keep up the great work ! The store Manager on Saturday night wasn't so nice . He escorted me back to the service desk with the impact driver er kit . He didn't trust me enough to walk the 7 aisles . They had a State Police stationed in front of the store .

They followed and profiled me in the middle of the day while I bought mulch and stone to repair my driveway. A punk kid stood next to me as I swiped my card watching every movement with suspicion. It was terrible customer service anyway but prejudice kills the soul. Perpetuating racist stereotypes is racism too! Check yourself.

This is my closest Home Depot and is about a 20 min drive. On multiple occasions I have been in the middle of a project and needed something, looked it up on their app and then when I arrive I find it’s not actually in stock like the app says (this time app said they had 4). I ask employees for help and they’ll help me look for it but don’t ever have an answer on why it’s not in stock and suggest I drive to another Home Depot.I don’t understand how with all the technology their inventory can be so incorrect all the time. It’s very frustrating.

Ordered wood pellets back in September, had 3 missed deliveries. Every week a new excuse as to why they weren't delivered. Today was told they were back ordered even though they showed in stock when I ordered and fully paid. Delivery window was 8 am to 8 pm so I have list 3 weeks of saturdays trapped waiting for nothing. Had my $1100 held up for 5 weeks. My order was moved to another store 45 mins away and I had to go there to get this resolved. I will NEVER order online from home depot again. The staff at the local store was great, but their online service is a disaster.

So frustrating- order a couple grand of cabinets to be delivered They brought a regular base and not the sink base and forgot the counter. Lost 3 days of work. Then supposed to bring items at 2 pm on Friday. Show up at 4:55 , my employee had to stay late to let them load since i am on another site. She now missed her scheduled 5:30 appointment.Excuse after excuse- Apparently Dave chose to spray paint stuff in the store this morning instead of doing the delivery. Not to mention to mention numerous phone calls I had to make and the extensive hold times.Just to add injury to insult when I went to the apartment to check on the items delivered Friday night the door was left open w the counter leaning against it. I had the ceilings taped Friday so heat was up. I heated Friday to Monday am 80 degrees to the outside. I mentioned it to the manager. In a very snotty response she told me their installers are not responsible to close doors. I thought it was odd they don’t close a door they exit through but leave the delivery in the door way propping the door open the an exterior breezeway.

We placed an order for curbside pickup for paver stones. The store clerk said they didn't have anyone to help us. They said it might be a few days before they can help us, but couldn't give us a precise day or time. So we canceled the order. This isn't the first time this has happened at this store.

After a year and a half of working here just part time I walked out. I’m a tradesman and when I was hired I thought I would be welcomed at Home Depot since Home Depot is a home improvement store. Instead it was as if they couldn’t care less if I worked there or not.I was routinely harassed by managers for owning my own company. 1 year in I asked to be placed finally in the corresponding department for my trade/ knowledge instead of saying “yes we could use someone like you” I was told “I’ll get back to you” “I’ll look into it” “I need to reach out to Tim because it may be a conflict of interest”.“Conflict of interest” was their favorite term to use. When they finally told me they weren’t going to keep the accommodation I asked for, I clocked out and didn’t go back.Never had any complaints from customers that I know of, never advertised my company in store (despite being a registered Home Depot Pro and Allstate Partner), and never tried to steer a customers purchase decision while in the department.While I was there turn over was routinely very high but I noticed 1 thing in common the bad people that should have been fired were getting promoted/ nothing happening to them when people complain and the good workers were getting driven out of the company.So the next time you are at Home Depot and you complain Home Depot doesn’t have Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, or Appliance Technicians like they used to, you know why.

Very unprofessional service. Had they been more accommodating this would have been a better review. Their policy stops their employees from accepting cash on delivery. I just needed 1 product delivered to store at a convenient time for pickup. They require payment up front which I did not have on my person. Too bad they couldn't have been more cooperative as when I left I went to another store and found an almost identical product for the cash i had on hand. Had their policy been more helpful I wouldnt have left and found it cheaper. It's not the price that concerns me I was only short by about 5 dollars but they lost a 200 dollar sale because they are so greedy. Oh well.

As with all Home Depot locations and most big box stores the selection is pretty good. Organization is less good.I've had mixed experiences with their staff, but the negative experiences stand out more. Most of the people I've asked for help have not seemed knowledgeable or interested in helping me find things. I know that some workers are supposed to provide customer service and others are not. Most of my negative experiences are probably because I'm not asking the right people, but I've never been directed to the "right" person to answer my question. I still go here, but I just look up what I want online and avoid asking for help since it almost always just wastes my time.

Tried to buy a door. They where quick to take our deposit and have someone come take measurements. No one called us back we called and stopped in a bunch of times to be told there is no one in millwork today try back later/tomorrow. Finally asked for a manager as it has been over a month since our measurements where done, he was busy but sent someone else who didn’t know about doors.

Placed a ship to store order received by store on 10/3. Went to pick up late afternoon 10/4 and they can't find it. Will cancel and have it shipped to my house. A 14$ part, not much profit there! Is and has always been pooly managed. Unkempt and poorly staged merchandise with many incorrect prices on the shelves. Wish we had a Lowe's in town!

Its Home Depot does it really need a review? The staff sucks and are not helpful. You ask for help and wait a half hour. Nobody comes so you do it yourself then someone else yells at you to ask for help. If they weren't the only place around I would certainly go somewhere else!

This Home Depot is honestly the worst. I’ve been trying for three hours to get a hold of someone to fix a order I placed. I tried calling CC and was put in nothing but circles. I spent a pretty penny on my appliance all I’m asking is for someone to pick up and help me get my issue resolved. As I’m typing this I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes now. As a business this is extremely ridiculous

We just had a great experience at this store! The moment we walked in, we were greeted by Morgan who asked us if we needed help. He directed us in the right direction, then helped us load our cart and get more product from the back! He then helped us load our car up!! Such a big help and great customer service! Thank you!
