I recently contacted Big Dawg Home Improvements because a piece of the siding had been stripped off due to heavy winds. He was very prompt in responding to my calls/texts. He quickly visited our home to assess the situation. According to him, it was an easy fix, and he repaired it promptly with no charges. Thank you for your quick assistance. I recently called Big Dawg Home Improvements to fix an exhaust that vented through the roof. Matt was very knowledgeable and came over quickly to assess the situation. He explained how the venting has to be done right. The quote given was reasonable! Matt and his guy Jake was able to fix the issue quicker. Matt and team recently replaced our 30 year roof. He was very communicative, and committed to doing the best job possible. His and his team's attention to detail and good craftmanship was apparent by their clean up job, use of a magnet multiple times to get nails (common with a roofing job), and explanation of anything that needed extra attention - as well as seeing all aspects of the work through. In addition to being easy to work with, he was always on time and true to his word throughout the job. I have to redo my roof before I install Solar. Matt was prompt and responsive and gave me a detail quote of what is included and what are extra. He and his crew were professional and very attentive to details. They arrived on time and immediately started work and did not leave until 6:30 at night. I called Matt and he came right out to see what I wanted done and sent the quote the same day. They came and installed windows in my basement, and installed new gutters with guards to keep leaves out. They were all very nice and did a fantastic job and cleaned up before leaving. I was beyond excited to see the quality of work that was done at such a reasonable price. He was fast, polite offered great advice on things that needed to be done right away and things we could hold off on for now. They were extremely knowledgeable of not just the work they were offering but alternatives options they could also accommodate. Big Dawg’s Home Improvements was very responsive and did amazing work around my house, from fixing a broken ceiling fan, to changing out 2 other ceiling fans, fixing a wobbly toilet, right down to building a storage closet in my basement with proper shelving, venting and lighting.
